It was such a great experience staying at Androoms! My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The breakfast was Japanese style—simple, but delicious—I highly recommend trying it! The public bath is impeccably clean and the water (both in the public bath and in the rooms) is amazing quality. The staff are really nice and helpful, as well! We stayed in the standard twin room, so the room is quite compact and small, but for this price point, it really is a bargain. There's no wardrobe, but the room cleverly has a rail over the TV (as well as a rail near the door) so you can hang things there. It's also a nice touch to have a sofa in the room despite the size! The bathroom is actually quite spacious for such a small room, and it was, again, impeccably clean. I was really surprised at how quiet the hotel was. It must have great soundproofing, since I couldn't near any noise at all while in the room, unless someone was passing right by our front door and talking. We would definitely stay here again.

None at all! My family and I really enjoyed our stay. I'm a fussy person when it comes to hotels and I loved how clean it was. The only thing I would advise other guests is that the hotel is close to the station, but Shin-osaka station itself is a maze, so we wandered around lost for half an hour before we found the hotel. The tip is to go to exit 4 of the subway section of the station. If you arrive from the airport by train, you will likely be in the railway section of the station, so follow the signs to the Metro Midosuji Line and then look for exit 4.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 nights. Too many things made we love this hotel. The room was very clean and aesthetic, the morning buffet was yummy and traditional, the staffs are friendly (they try their best to assist us in English,) the check-in/checkout process was simple and convenient, and the skincare products they provided worked on my skin really well! The location is perfect! It's really close to the subway station. The area is peaceful. There is a ramen place right across the street, and we love it a lot. Our own awesome experience: we forgot an item at a hotel in Sapporo, and we didn't know how to get it without flying back there. After we told the staff here about the incident, they immediately contacted that hotel. We luckily received the item before we moved to the next city! I love how they always try their 200% to give us the best experience. We definitely book here again on our next stay in Osaka.

Beautiful modern hotel. Hotel, room and facilities are new and updated. Rooms with amenities made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was Japanese style and absolutely wonderful (no Western style breakfast). Hotel spa was great after a long day of sightseeing. Complimentary soba noodles in hot broth after 9 p.m. was delightful after a long day. Staff very pleasant. Located about 8 minute walk from major transportation hub, close to restaurants and very large supermarket.

Room was small even by Japanese standards. Okay for one person but probably difficult for more than one person with luggage. Rooms get warm during night so needed AC and cannot open windows because of outside train noise. Location is fine but some might find it a bit too far from station.

The breakfast was amazing. Full spread of Japanese breakfast with a choice of rice and porridge. Lots of protein dishes and mixture of cold and hot drinks too. The rooms are extremely clean and it's good that you are able to control the temperature of your room, instead of having a centralised control. So you can adjust your room temperature even during autumn/winter. Love the public hot bath area. A good soak after the end of the day really helps in relieving the sore from all the walking throughout the day.

They should allow unlimited bowls of hot soba for the supper dining, instead of limiting to just one bowl of noodles per guest.

Great hotel. Was very easy to find from Shin Osaka station. I was early and they were able to accommodate an early checkin. Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was a good size and had great water temp and pressure. You collect your toiletries from the front counter. Had robes to wear to go to the public bath. I choos the breakfast option and you had the coice of eating at the restaurant or having in room...i coose the in room and it came as a Japanes breakfast with sushi and pickles etc in a bento box. Was delicious.

Breakfast was FIRE! We had breakfast for 2 of the days we stayed, and we really enjoyed the Japanese spread - there was a lot of options like tempura, curry, miso, chawamushi. But it is crowded depending on the season! Also really enjoyed the free soba at night, it was delicious. We also loved going to the onsen, which is equipped with massage chairs and a vanity area with various items to aid your self-care!

The room is reasonably spacious given the hotel's central location. I tried both the delivery and the buffet options for breakfast, and they are both very enjoyable and I highly recommend them. The bath was spacious and well-managed

The location isn't as ideal as expected: the Shinkansen and the subway Midosuji line are relatively accessible, but to get to JR local/rapid/limited express line platforms there was more than 15 15-minute walk without luggage. The bath temperature is relatively low if you are used to Japanese-style baths.

Very good hotel with excellent breakfast, quite spacious rooms and a large public bath. Would definitely come to stay again.

The room was simple but clean and modern. The shared facilities were also excellent including a range of complimentary toiletries, laundry room, and an indoor/outdoor onsen which was again, simple, but always clean and pleasant to use. There were some good food options a short walk from the hotel and the hotel itself had a restaurant (which I did not try personally).

This is only a minor negative. The location was ok. Shin-Osaka does not have a lot around it for a tourist, however, the train station including the Shinkansen was a short walk away, and Osaka Metropolitan was only one stop away.

Very classy room with minimal aesthetics. Loved the simplicity. The onsen in the hotel is really great with both indoor and outdoor pool. There is also massage chairs to enjoy after a drip in the onsen! We didn't try the complimentary soba that was available from 9pm to 11pm, but would have try if we are still hungry and awake by then. ;) Less than 10min walk to Shin-Osaka station! Also we also enjoyed the small eatery that sells soba/udon and rice sets at round the corner where we ate for breakfast...oishii...
