Big and clean hotel, very convenient. Rooms were spacious and nice. Staff was very helpful- they helped us fill Yamato forms so we could send our luggage to the next destination. The shuttle bus was super convenient and always on time. It’s also super cute, it made us very happy every time we saw the bus approaching. Overall very comfortable stay. Thank you for everything.

The hotel is located a bit distant from the Shinkansen station, but there is a shuttle bus service that runs between the station and the hotel, which is a 3-minute drive. The entrance hall has a vast open space, making the visitors comfortable. I did not use them, but the hotel has wonderful restaurants inside.

The facilities are a bit old relative to those in the modern hotels, but quite hygienic.

Very clean, comfortable and prominent location within walkable distance from the Shin-Osaka station.

More vegetarian food options in the breakfast or regular menu would have been very helpful. However, the staff tried their best to make some vegetarian dishes which is not in the menu.

Beds were really comfy and the room was really spacious and clean! The amenities were very nice and overall it was a very comfortable stay! I only wish we could of stayed longer!

It's a bit of a walk if you miss the shuttle, but if you're willing to wait the shuttle service is very convenient!

Reasonably large took with twin beds and space for luggage made for a pleasant stay. The best part was the free shuttle bus to and from the station which made the 15 minute walk unnecessary.

No onset at the property although access to one across the road, at a cost, was available.

The laundry could do with an upgrade. Ordinary coin operated washing machines and dryers that worked fine but other hotels I had stayed at had washer/dryers where you could remotely check if the machines were available or in use.

Shuttle bus service and location to train station There was enough room in the room to spread out luggage as well.

I love the idea of origami station but found it hard to follow the instructions. Option of guidance would have been great!

The shuttle bus to the station !!! So convenient. The room was decent size and comfortable.

No restaurants nearby. Convenience store few blocks away. We had a crazy man screaming for hours in his room and it took time for the staff to respond to our call. Only when other guests called did someone came.

The location is a bit isolated… it would have been nicer to be able to walk around the area and see some nice restaurants or shops and cafes without the need for the shuttle

Fairly big rooms for Japanese standards. Same goes for the bathroom. Comfy beds. The shuttle bus to Shin-Osaka station is also very nice though the station is quite close so walking ain't an issue either.
