The price for a solo traveler was nice. Very close to Shin-osaka station, about 10-15 minutes depending on your walking speed. Great for staying with the rail pass since i picked up the next morning and got back on the train. Not close to downtown so not a super busy area and not sketchy. Got good vibes here. Food options are located on/by the property. (7-11, and some kind of sushi place (I think...))

Pillows were harder than I anticipated, but not influencing my review. Was satisfied with the room. Being a from the US at 6 foot tall, I get kinda squished if I take bath. But for the room size I cannot complain.

We like the following. 1) Near the train station. and if you know the other exits of the station. it will provide you a better access on other buildings you can use to move your luggages until you get to the hotel. 2) Walking distance to a supermarket and electronic shops 3) Have a japanese restaurant at the ground floor. We had a good experience in eating authentic Japanese set meals. 4) The room was well maintained. looks nearly new. 5) The bathroom and toilets are clean 6) Toilet bowls have bidets and a push button to use. 7) The shower and toilet is separated by the shower screen 8) No moulds in the toilet or shower area. the shower, toilet bowls and plumbing fixtures looks new, clean and well maintained. 9) The walls of the room are not damage and nearly looks new. 10) There'a complimentary water on the 1st day. 11) There's and electrical hot water pot to boil water. 12) The floor of the room is clean and not worn out. 13) They allow to look after your luggage for a couple of hours after check out in the morning to still go sight seeing. 14) Friendly, professional staffs. 15) Laundry facilities were available to use. there was not a lot travellers using the laundry machine at that time. 16) They have good quality tooth brush, shaver, body towel and cotton buds 17) The room has clothes and fabric fresheners to take out odours from restaurants where you ate or others from travelling around. 18) They give you two key cards per room. 19) They have machine for check out. it just scans your key card. 20) they make the beds, took out the rubbish everyday when you put out the instruction.

1) The room does not have enough space to spread your luggage. Usually, the luggage is spread on the bed everyday when taking out clothes that takes time to put back and tidy up before going out. 2) its difficult to go to the other side of the bed because its hard against the wall. 3) you need to pay 1000 yen for a ticket to watch movies on the hotel's TV. Anyway, if you are out most of the time, you dont need to watch. 4) you need to have your own adaptable socket to charge your laptop or smartphone.

Accommodations were modern, clean, and well built without being ostentatious. The room had ample space for me to move about. There was a conbini on the first floor attached to the lobby that was handy for a bite on the go. The location was close enough to the rail station that it was an easy walk, but far enough that you weren't being kept up by the trains. I was staying for several days and without being prompted, they dropped off towels, and a fresh robe at my door each afternoon for the duration of the trip.

I stayed in early December, so the heat was on for the floor. Unfortunately, I'm from a much colder climate, so I found myself a bit warm in the room, and could really only regulate the temperature by turning off the heat and cracking a window. A mini split unit would have been preferable, which I found elsewhere in my travels. Even with that small issue, though, the stay was, overall, a pleasant one.

The location was very good. With the escalator service from Shin-Osaka Station to the hotel, it's perfect for carrying big luggage. The staff is friendly. And reasonable price is good, too!

The room I stayed in was blocked by a large building right in front of me, so no natural sunlight came in at all. That's an exception, I wanted to stay for a few more days.

The breakfast is excellent and great value for money. The staff on hand were helpful and kind. The location was perfect for what I needed.

There was a light in my room that I couldn't switch off. I couldn't work out how to flush the toliet despite following the instructions.

Location was easy to find once out of the station. Conbini is right next to the hotel which is very useful. The room had everything we needed.

The room was a bit small for people traveling with luggage. IT was difficult to handle the suitcase and manage our things. The shower for me personally was a bit small, but I wouldn't hold that against the hotel, since Japanese showers in general are smaller.

Perfect location for us as close to the station we needed to depart from early the next morning. Room was small but had everything we needed and staff were very welcoming. Free toothbrushes, coffee, combs, etc.

Only downside was we had a smoking room but this was only as we left it later to book and there were no non smoking rooms available. Still clean and didn’t strongly smell of smoke.

Location couldn’t be better. So close to Shin Osaka station. (North exit on 3rd floor of the station is best) Washing machine and ammenities amazing.

Wouldn’t recommend the twin room as it’s 12m square only and turned out to be a bit too small. Wasn’t a huge problem however.

I liked the convenience of this hotel. The location is near Shin Osaka Station and there is a seven eleven attached to it. It is very clean and provides everything you need.

The room was small but that is to be expected.
