Convenient to Shin Osaka Station. Classy, comfortable beds, nice bath facilities and spotlessly clean. Nice view of the city. The provided pajama was so soft and comfortable.

Instructions for finding the hotel could have helped a lot! We wandered outside and a little down the street. Tip: find the McDonalds on level 3. Turn around and walk through the glass doors and circular glass entrance. Go to elevator, lobby is 12th floor. Room size is small, but larger than some of this type.

Hotel was located next to Shin-Osaka Station but it was hard to find coming out of the train station exits. It was located on the northwest corner, so if you exited out from the north exit, the hotel was right around the corner. The front desk and lobby was located on the 12th Floor. Our room was located on the 16th Floor with a nice city view. The room layout was unusual in that the bathroom was located along the exterior wall with views out and full height glass enclosures facing the bed. There were shades for privacy, if needed. The wired glass exterior windows made viewing outside a little hard to see through. They have a plastic stool to use in the shower if you usually bathe with a bucket to wash. The see-thru bathroom allowed natural light to reach the bed area. We thought it was an interesting design. We had free breakfast coupons to use downstairs at a Vietnamese restaurant in front of the hotel entrance that you could use for three different types of set menus - Japanese, curry rice, and banh mi. They were very good.

They had a massage mechanism on the chair that was uncomfortable to use, so we took it off. The counter space was narrow and too high to use as a desk, so we used their portable round table where the stand tucked partially under the bed. It was very narrow between the counter and the bed so it made for an awkward setup to work. The room was just too compact. A few more inches here and there would have made a huge difference. There was little to no room around the raised lavatory sink to put toiletry items.

It was raining when I arrived at the station from KIX and I was so pleased to note that I could access the hotel directly from the station without exiting and getting caught in the rain. The hotel seemed new and well kept. Rooms were small, but we were there for one night in transit so that was fine. The massage chair in our room was a nice touch and the bathroom had a shower and tub.

We could not open the windows and the airconditioning took a while to navigate and turn up so it was stuffy for a while before it finally cooled down.

The room is super tiny, but the location in Shin Osaka Station can't be beat. Together with the JR Kansai Wide Pass, this hotel made it super convenient and a time saver for day trips outside of Osaka. I felt so safe staying in this hotel, and having restaurants, convenience stores (7-11), and the trains so easily accessible made this the perfect location. I loved the walk in shower, the safe, and how clean and modern the room was. Staff were very kind as well. Bed is bigger than a standard American twin size, and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is super tiny, but I was able to open my large/standard medium size suitcase without tripping over it by placing it in front of the refrigerator. There is virtually no counterspace to place all your necessities in the bathroom, but at least the room had a bin under the sink that you could pull out and place all your stuff in for easy accessibility to it all. The trash cans in the room are miniscule. There is no closet or drawers, so you are living out of your suitcase. There is no magnifying mirror to do your make up, nor a shower cap or lotion, so bring those if they're important to you.

We stayed here for just one night to rest up after a long flight and then continued with our itinerary the next day. Very easy to reach from Kansai airport. I liked the rain shower a lot. The staff were very kind and helped us forward our luggage to our next destination. The beds were also comfortable and the hotel was quiet, so for our purposes it was perfect.

The room was quite small, but we didn't mind since we were only staying for one night and sending our big suitcases ahead anyway. We knew it would be small, so it wasn't a big deal. I think the location is great for people in transit, but if you are staying in Osaka for several days, I would recommend looking for something in a more charming location.

Perfect location, the entrance is just a few steps away from the Shinkansen exit gates. If you are using Osaka as a base for day trips, it’s an ideal hotel that doesn’t break the bank. I like the massage chair in the room too.

I thought the man checking me in was overly familiar in his interactions with me. He spoke perfect American English but the level of politeness wasn’t what I’m used to from Japanese hotel staff. He even touched my arm. He stood quite close to me, was also coughing quite a bit and wasn’t wearing his mask properly.

Was initially worried about the room size after reading some of the reviews, but two above- average sized westerners and two big suitcases fitted comfortably in the room, although we took it in turns to open our suitcases when needed. The room was stylish and comfortable and the bathroom was a good size for Japan and the shower was great. The massage chair was a nice addition too! Check-in was seamless and amenities were available in the reception area. The best bit, though, was the location- it was just perfect for what we wanted. We chose this hotel because we intended to go on lots of day trips using our JR passes and it was just perfect, really well connected to places in Osaka as well as Kyoto and Hiroshima. It was amazing coming back to Shin- Osaka station after a long day of travel and being able to get back to our room within 5 mins! There are lots of Japanese food options around on the lower levels of the station and also things like coffee shops, a McDonald's, convenience stores, and an Uncle Rikuro's jiggly cheesecake stall which was a delightful surprise! The hotel was also easier to find than we thought it'd be- look out for the signs for the Shinkansen and head towards that. Near the Shinkansen ticket offices and machines look out for McDonalds, a vietnamese restaurant and Tully's. The hotel is to the right of those places.

The immediate area around the station didn't have much so it might not be ideal for people who don't intend to travel a lot.

The location is quite ideal. From the train station there is a special access to the hotel. The check-in process is quite simple, the staff will assist us do the self-check-in (There was also a staff who speaks Chinese). And during the stay there are 3 options for the cleaning, either do it, skip it or let the staff hang the replacement towels on the doorknob without entering the room, which I prefer the most. And it also has a very good view to the city as it is one of the tallest buildings in the area.

The room might be a bit small. But it was not a problem for me as I was always outside the whole day.

The location was great, very very close to the shinkansen, the JR line and the Metro line. If you want to go to Kyoto, Himeji, Hiroshima and so on by shinkansen, this location is very convenient. There were also a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The staff was friendly, the check-in procedure is done via self checking kiosks. Same with the checkout.

The lightning could be improved inside of the rooms, it was a bit dark. Also, the carpet was a bit stained. The rooms are small, but that's fine as it's more of a business hotel where you just go to sleep at night.

Directly located at the train station with convenient store and lots of food options. The staff were very nice with check in and check out assistance at the self check stations, the hotel was clean and the connecting rooms were convenient for our family along with the two bathrooms made it easy for us during the transition night. Overall we would stay again for the convenience

Rooms were small but still manageable for the one night as this hotel was so convenient at the train station, the massage chairs were in the way a bit and would be easier if they were not in the small rooms. Pillows were super big/high which didn’t suit everyone, needs to have a small/low pillow option also.
