Check in and check out was pretty fast and easy, however we had to pay a 200 Yen tax for the room. Free coffee on the first floor with some decent free amenities. We got a ton of free water bottles and clean towels every day. Convenient location. Also nice to be able to cast at least Youtube on the TV.

The bathroom was tiny and had a little bit of a sewer smell. Window was hard to figure out but we called reception and one of their employees did come up to show us. One thing to mention is that once our laundry was finished drying (although not dried fully) was removed from the dryer although it wasn’t even two minutes since it had finished. The table was unnecessary and took so much space.

Hotel was an easy 5 minute walk to Shin-Osaka station. There is a Lawson Konbini right at the entrance which is great for late night snacks and other small items. Check in/out was smooth at kiosk. Staff was friendly and helpful, but a few only spoke Japanese. Good selection of free toiletries if you forgot anything. Room was large size for Japan but no dresser, so don't plan on unpacking too much. Free coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby.

Shower/tub wall was not clean. Also no handle for a very deep tub made it difficult to get out of. Bed was very firm which was fine for me, but not so much for my wife

Modern and clean hotel. Staff were also able to forward my baggage on directly to my next hotel from the main desk without me needing to go to convince store to compete forms there. They had good grasp of English and polite. Very comfortable beds and linen. Cleaning was routinely done well in room. Complentary hot drinks at the foyer and Lawson right next door.

Location is good for using Shinkansen given close proximity to Shin-Osaka Station. If visiting more central locations in Osaka, such as the castle etc, I recommend somewhere closer to Namba. There was odour from bathroom on arrival. Running shower seemed to remove this and bad smell did not return for remainder of my 3 night stay.

Perfect location for exploring Osaka and beyond! Being right next to Shin-Osaka Station made it incredibly convenient not only for getting around Osaka but also for day trips to Kyoto and Hiroshima, as the Shinkansen trains depart directly from there. It saved us so much time and made commuting a breeze. Another great perk was having a Lawson convenience store right in the hotel—super handy for grabbing snacks, breakfast, or anything we needed. Overall, an ideal spot for travelers who want a convenient base for both Osaka and nearby cities!

The layout of the room makes it a little tricky to fully open suitcases comfortably. However, we were aware that the room would be small, so it wasn’t an issue for us. Despite the tight space, the room was thoughtfully organized, clean, and had everything we needed for a short stay.

Location: 8 mins walk from Osaka station Check-in: Fast & efficient with english speaking staff. We paid extra for early check-in; price was very reasonable. Room: Twin room was spacious, came with small round side table with 2 chairs. Lighted vanity mirror outside powder room. Separate bath and bidet toilet. Able to watch Youtube on tv so wasn't bored. The tv remote had an embedded keyboard on the underside which was very useful when you need to type in search phrases for youtube. Laundry: L2. 2 coin-operated washer/dryer combo. Loved that the the tv app shows the remaining time of each wash so you know when you can collect or load. This simple feature wasn't available in our previous hotel in Kyoto and this was a major pain point. Ice refills in laundry room. Toiletries: free refill at ground floor. Hot drinks + ice: free refill at ground floor. Convenience store: There's a tiny Lawson at the doorstep so you can't beat this. Tip: During lunchtime, pop over the next door (2nd store) store front that sells packed bento. Very affordable as you can see local office workers buying too. Also this nice place Yayoiken (3 mins walk) that serves delicious japanese food. Ordering kiosk in English. Staff: Friendly & approachable.

Nothing that sticks out but for the washer/dryer, it would be good if the staff can remove those laundry that are done but haven't been collected so that the next guest can use it. Guests can set a pin code for the machine so perhaps the staff can think about how to resolve this.

We booked two rooms - one for two, another for three people. The larger one was good, of a sufficient size, with bathroom and wc separated, which was much appreciated. Both rooms were clean. Good location. Friendly people

The smaller room was actually small. With a large suitcase in we could hardly move in the room.

Very near to shin osaka station and there are 24h food options and convenience stores near/opposite the shin osaka station. Hotel room is also well equipped with things that a regular traveller would need. They also had free drinks (e.g. coffee or chocolate drink) at the reception area and ice. Room is very clean though a bit compact but definitely bearable for 2 person. Space layout in the room was quite organised with the limited space too.

Open wardrobe's hanging space could be a little bigger but it wasn't an issue for us.

- The Location. Just stones throw from Shin-Osaka station, with a Lawson on the ground floor. - The Building. The hotel is new-ish, and it really feel new and well-maintained. - The Value. Yes, the room size is small, but it is expected for station-adjacent business hotel in Japan. It has all the cost-conscious traveller need, and everything works.

- There does not seem like any service-dedicated lift and or room exist on a level where we were at. Laundry and housekeeping carts are everywhere in the corridor around 10 AM. But again, I’m being petty here. The hotel space is limited anyway.

The location is just 400 metre from the East Gate of Shin-Osaka Station (JR Line). The room is neat and clean. 24 hours free coffee machine and Lawson convenience store just located at the ground floor. The staff are super professional. Simply the best!

Staff were always friendly and helpful. Immaculately clean rooms and facilities. A few minutes walk to East exit of Shin-Osaka station. Convenience stores nearby.

Bathroom in Superior double is quite small, but adequate and always perfectly clean.
