Room window open all the way, room has a good deep bath, two convenient store located 1 min from the hotel, convenient check out, hotel close to the shin osaka station exit with elevator, a few fast food options nearby, quite area with low traffic

Noisy Trains, could wake a person up at 5am with they are sensitive to noise. Window open all the way a bad place to fall off the building accidentally, the duvet is a bit too dirty feels like a rag, the sheets don't wrap around the duvet so you will unfortunately be touching the duvet in a regular sleeping position

Very conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Shin-Osaka train Station, 5 min walk from east exit. Breakfast buffet is average, but good. Automatic checkout system is very convenient and really fast when you're in a hurry.

Location is a little too close to the train tracks, but rooms have double-paned windows so you can hardly hear trains unless you're very sensitive to noise.

The hotel is close to JR shin Osaka station with east exit. Staff is very nice and helpful. Hotel has all facilities needed. Room size is ok for my family.

Nothing in used this hotel for one night because i arrived verry late from airport and needed to be at shin osaka .to take the shinkansen

location - above metro line restaurant- Italian restaurant on base floor with Veg options breakfast - pronto cafeteria McDonald’s- next to building excellent Staff and service

There’s two locations of the same name so be careful when booking and arriving.

The hotel is in a good location, the room is also very comfortable and has everything you need to stay.

I loved the location next to shin Osaka station, convenient, and gave a good view of the Shinkansen coming in and out of the station

Amazing location yet low priced! Had everything right that one would expect from a hotel. Would reccomend.
