The restaurant manager remembered my dietary wishes and kept reminding me about options I could eat, which was fantastic. The menu changed by the day. Close to the shinkansen station of Osaka. Not peaceful but out of the busiest parts of Osaka.

My cousin had a 1 person room that was just as big as ours. Even the bed. We hardly fit in the width. No luggage space under the bed, so most of the walking space was used for storage. A completely empty wall (2 even) where a lot of storage options could have been added to.

The hotel was a comfortable stay at a time we were stuck for a place to stay, during the early hours when all trains had stopped. The hotel is Close to the train station, the room was very small but had everything I needed ie a bed and decent shower pressure.

When I first arrived, It felt as though the receptionist tried to fob me off by claiming the hotel was full. This was until I showed her the booking availability on Booking.com. I visited at about 1:30am and it struck me she couldn’t be bothered with the hassle of an English speaking person at that time. I could be wrong but that was my initial thoughts. The check out is early at 11am which wasn’t ideal for me, too early on my opinion.

Staff were very welcoming upon arrival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great, not far from the train station. We stayed in the hotel for 1 night between taking a flight and taking a train the next day so it was ideal for us!

The room was quite small and there wasn't much space to walk around the bed. Price was expensive for the size of the room. Coffee was only available if you paid for it.

I traveled with my parents throughout Japan for 21 days. During this time we stayed at 7 different hotels in different areas of Japan. In general, we found all Japanese hotels to an above acceptable standard, and HOTEL MYSTAYS Shin Osaka Conference Center demonstrated this. The rooms in this hotel were smaller than some other hotels we stayed in, but the space was clean, comfortable, and overall workable. The location was within easy walking distance from the train station and the hotel provided umbrellas when it was raining. The staff were friendly, helpful and easily used Google Translate to communicate where required. I enjoyed looking out my window and seeing the Bullet Trains going into the station.

The hotel very minor thing I didn't like was the washing machines in the area of the hotel where smoking was allowed.

It was close to shin osaka station. If coming from the station it is a bit of a walk to the hotel if carrying suitcase. But overall it was a great business hotel. Facilities are all good including the laundry we used them. Also the pillows are good. Had the neck support, memory pillows.

Just did not realised the room we booked was too small for us. It was only 10 sqm. Better to upgrade to a more spacious room for comfort.

It was very well located near 2 different stations. One that let us get to Osaka from Kyoto pretty quickly (Hankyu line).

Rooms were a bit small. Also to all tourists, it seemed they don't have the regular luggage delivery service here. The staff told us it was only for locals, so maybe use a nearby store to send it to the next hotel!

Near to Shin Osaka Station, have Designated Smoking Area, near to Familymart, Afforadble hotel with very good facilities, Definetely recommended for staying here for long or short time, Very good hotel.

Nothing, everything is good.

I had to reserve hours before arriving in Osaka. Since my plane was delayed and I couldn't catch my shinkansen, the staff kindly waited for me upon my arrival after midnight. Not at all noisy despite being close to the train station. I will stay here on my next trip. Don't forget to reserve your breakfast the night before.

I stay here because this hotel is the venue for the conference that I participated. The signboard of this hotel is easily seen from the main road. We like its location that is near to Shin Osaka station, a convenient store and there is a halal restaurant nearby. The staff are friendly, helpful and communicate well in English. The facilities are sufficient for overseas travellers like us and the free wifi is really awesome.

Everything is okay.

The location is great. The hotel is budget-friendly. Never tried breakfast yet. Also, if you plan to stay here, no need to bring a lot of clothes because there are coin laundry services for 500 yen.

There were some dust at the bedhead. I think the room size is quite small. You can't open your two pieces of luggage at once, but I think this is Japanese hotel standard so no complaint.
