Location was very good for the station, walkable but also just one stop on the subway which we found to be very convenient for less mobile travellers. Staff were absolutely a delight. We used the laundry facilities which is great when travelling as we can travel light! Excellent proximity to small local eateries which were excellent. We sent our luggage on to the next hotel and this is a fabulous when one is using public transport. Not expensive and well worth it. Our luggage was awaiting us upon check-in at the next hotel because we sent it the day before. Honestly this is brilliant.

Room was comfortable and very clean. Plenty of free entertainment available on the in-room TV. Most staff were very helpful and accommodating, especially Y. Iwasaki - she went out of her way to help me and I'm very appreciative. Location was excellent. So close to Shin Osaka Station - walked there with my suitcase. Also very close to Nishimakajima-Minamigata Metro Station, which gets you to places like Namba quickly

I hate stupid fees for unnecessary things... most hotels you go to and you are slightly before check-in time, they'll get you in, no drama. I was there at 2:30pm before the 3pm check-in time. The room was ready, but if I wanted to go in straight away, I had to pay 1,000 Yen, or wait in lobby a bit longer and there is no charge.... it's just so dumb. I get the charge where you are there hours early and want the room, but in this situation to make your paying guest wait in the hope to bleed them for more money is a pretty poor process. I liked everything else about the hotel, hated this.

Clean and comfortable. Great to have a kettle and bathroom amenities. Lots of usb and power outlets. Great shower and bath, maybe a struggle for taller people. Bed was perfect. Mirror over the desk has a light, great for getting ready. Free wifi was great. Decent amount of movies to watch on TV. And a little fridge was also handy. Very close to McDonald's, ramen, little bars, konbinis and train stations.

The air con and heating is central and would be a bit too warm sometimes. You can turn off and open window though. There's no designated spot for smoking within the hotel or outside.

Location was great for sightseeing in Osaka and a couple day trips! We would definitely stay here again for visiting the city! Staff was helpful with questions and held our baggage on check in and out days! Very convenient!

My only trouble with the room was the handle to adjust the shower temperature was very sensitive. I had difficulties getting the temp just right. But there was no shortage of hot water so that was not an issue.. Just trouble with adjustments.

A typical APA hotel - compact but has everything I needed for a one-night stay. The location was okay, and the room was clean and functional.

the front desk service could be improved. I had to place 2 separated orders for a group of nine, and the two male receptionists were quite slow and seemed confused when processing just two simple bookings. Despite already having one person checked in, they kept asking unclear questions and struggled to manage the situation efficiently.

Good location less than 10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station, many convenience stores and dining options nearby. Easy and secure access to clean quiet rooms with perfect working facilities, professional and friendly staff always ready to help, we could leave our luggage for a few hours before check in and after checkout Room size is less than one would expect for Europe but everything is well organized and perfectly working

Impressed with the hotel in many ways. The hotel staff were happy and attentive. I forgot things at the previous hotel and had to send the package to this hotel. The hotel staff were happy to be in charge of arranging to receive the package for the room. The stay was perfect according to APA standards. The location was close to the skytrain. On the last day I was impressed by the hard work of the staff. A female hotel employee on duty in the morning on 9 april 2024 had the business of picking up a parcel, which impressed her very much. It deserves to be rewarded for being attentive to customers. That morning, I still hadn't received the parcel and had to go to the office to contact the office myself, but she came to take care of this and was very impressed and will go back to stay again.

Value for money, great location, 8-10 minutes walk from Shin-Osaka Station. Not that this is a business hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out. Room was bright and functional.

No luggage rack, but have space under bed to store luggage. Bathroom is small with toilet, sink and bathtub right beside each other. However, it is built very functionally so not a problem if you are okay with the tightness. Would not recommend for more than one person, as too small. Do note that there is a step to enter the bathroom.

Amazing stay! We visited when it was way below 0ºC in Osaka, so having such a comfortable and cosy room made our stay great. It even had a bathtub which, having travelled around Asia for a few months, we had desperately missed - incredible surprise! The room is very small (which didn't matter to us) so just be aware if you have lots of suitcases and bags. There is space for a good amount of luggage, we just wanted to make sure you're aware. The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes or so from Shin-Osaka station to get around the country or using the metro. Self-service laundry facilities were a great, and really cheap, addition too. Supermarkets nearby. Fantastic all round!

The cleanliness of the room we booked, truly reflected the Japanese high standards of hospitality with APA Chain of Hotels. Although the hotel rooms are extremely small for hotel guests, the spatial configuration of each corners were carefully laid out. The room has all the basic necessities, including numerous hooks to hang on pretty much all things (i.e. belts, shawl, sling bags to name a few) you may need to for easy access & convenience. Also, each T&B are equipped with hi tech water closets which made our stay in Japan even felt unique and worth remembering.

The limited floor area for each rooms are already expected to almost all hotels in Japan. This is the only drawback I can think of specially for hotel guests on the chubby side. It would really be a bit of a struggle to move around for people who are a bit bigger in size. The bathroom doors have to be open outwards in order to enter and use the space. A sliding bathroom door would have been more appropriate since the whole floor area is already small.
