Good location in walking distance from Shin-saka station, I would recommend taking metro (only one stop on the red line) though, especially when traveling with large baggage. Rooms are perfectly clean with really comfortable beds. Rexeptionists were friendly and helpful and when the breakfast serving time is over the ladies from kitchen will come out to bow and thank the guests, it was mind blowing experience for european tourist 😄 I find this hotel to have a good value for money ratio and can recommend it. There are plenty od restaurants and grocery stores within 5 minutes walk.

I had a very pleasant stay at Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka. The hotel is conveniently located near Shin-Osaka Station, making it easy to explore Osaka and travel to other cities. The room was compact but very clean, well-organized, and equipped with everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtful and practical. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made check-in and check-out smooth and easy. I also enjoyed the simple complimentary breakfast, which was a nice bonus to start the day. If you’re looking for a clean, affordable, and well-located place to stay in Osaka, I highly recommend Toyoko Inn Shin-Osaka!

The breakfast at the hotel was complimentary, which was a great bonus. However, it was very traditional Japanese-style, with options like rice, miso soup, and fish. It’s authentic and fresh, but you have to like that kind of breakfast — it might not suit everyone’s taste if you are used to a more Western-style breakfast.

Tends to be quite noisy at night as it's right next to the expressway flyover and the train track, but it is not much of a bother.

Room can get too small for 2 adults 1 kid with two doible beds inside (maybe a smaller 2nd bed can give the room some extra space) Buffet area got full on the weekend that we were there so had to wait for some guests to leave before finding a seat.

This is my first time in Osaka Japan, I'm so impressed with the cleanliness of the Hotel and facilities. The staff was very friendly and courteous. The food was great, the kitchen staff were very polite. The best part was the rest room, it's a big 10 stars, very clean, warm and automatic seat, bidet. What more can you ask for. The location was the best It's near Higashimikuni station, so It's accessible to all connecting train stations. We will definitely come back to this Hotel. I highly recommend this to couples. If the hotel is not available just choose a different Hotel with the same name TOYOKO INN....

Only the pillow is kinda hard.

The area was very convenient and accessible to the train station.

This guy in the reception area could have been more friendly; at first, he was nice, but in our last few days, he seemed pissed already, annoyed with our presence, and more annoyed that he has to use a translator to speak to us. I was apologetic that my mom left her key card in the room and asked for another one, but the one he gave wasn't working, I went back and asked to replace it with a new one. He was so annoyed he has to change it several times. From that day on, he looks pretty dismissive when I need something and there was one time that he helped the family behind me and asked me to step aside since he need to use a translator with me again. All the lady staff at the reception were really nice.

Very near train station HigashiMikuni on Midosuji Line exit 4. You can also walk for 9 minutes from hotel to Shin Osaka Station. Breakfast - although very limited choices but it is a plus. Toiletries, pajama, skin care products available at the ground floor near the check in counter. 711 right under the hotel Transport service

Bed - very hard.

Good location within walking distance to Shin-Osaka station and one block away from the local subway station. Good breakfast selection that changed a bit daily. Very friendly and helpful staff. Coin laundry was available on site.

Beds were a little less than soft. Reminiscent of sleeping on a straw pallet. The bath faucet was interesting. It is linked into the sink faucet with a valve that switches between the two. And another valve that switches between the hand held shower head and the rain head.

Good budget hotel. It’s close to Shin Osaka station, but walk from the station can be bit tricky if you have large luggages. Free breakfast is simple and good. Nice clean little hotel. Convenience store near the entrance of the hotel.

If you have to walk from Shin Osaka station with big luggages can bit tricky due to stairs. And no lift access.

Close to Higashimikuni Station (1 stop from Shin-Osaka Station) just 2 minutes by walking. Breakfast is tasty and free, Japanese taste. Room space is OK compared to price.

Available seat in breakfast corner is limited but hotel also provide box for guest to take-out. Because the room size is limited to 2 persons, so I have to separate my family (3 adults and 1 child) to 2 rooms.
