Location to airport terminal - about 10 minutes walk on a paved footpath, if you miss the free shuttle bus transfer, with a 7-Eleven en-route. Room is clean & simple (one pillow, off-white walls, re-useable room slippers) with small private bathroom (shower in bath) and included buffet breakfast by reception. If no time for breakfast, also provide paper cups & lids for coffee/tea; and pastries/sweet buns are individually wrapped. Best facility is regular shuttle bus transfer to the airport from early morning. Bus stop is in the airport terminal car park (between T1 & T2), across the road, by the covered footbridge.

Room slippers are re-used. Not sure on hygiene. Would prefer to have disposable slippers that you could take away with you.

Location was excellent. Got bread, butter and tea/coffee even at 5.30 AM which was nice. Good room and shower. The rooms were small but good Enough for a night. They had excellent face wash kits and delicious plum- kelp soup packets free of cost. There was a Family Mart 100-200 m away and a seven eleven across the road which was nice. The lobby had amazing OG manga collection. Check in and check out did not really require human assistance, but the staff was still very polite and helpful and always available in the neigh hours.

Did not really like the mini van service for pick up and drop. Firstly, we did not understand how we could avail the pick up service from Airport Terminal 01 (North Terminal) to the hotel at 6.30 PM in the evening when we arrived. So we ended up just walking for 10-12 mins to the hotel with really heavy luggage. Second, we had an early morning flight (5.30 AM) for which they just crossed the road and dropped us in the parking lot of the airport, instead of in front of the terminal. Not sure what the Japanese airport policy is but we again ended up lugging our heavy luggage some 400-450 meters early in the cold morning to get to the airport which was quiet annoying.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Internet was decent. Room had natural sunlight. 7-elevan nearby for convenience. Near to the airport so you can literally just walk to it. Room service was nice.

The bed was hard. Hard pillows. Didn't know where the trash drop off was. Only 1 real chair and the second chair was uncomfortable to sit on. A bit hard to find with gps.

Really convenient! Next to the airport, features a free shuttle to itami airport and hotarugaike station, so don't miss out on that. Room was clean, had everything I needed. Mattress was on the harder side, but that's my preference anyways. So if you're looking for soft fluffy mattresses, this probably isn't for you. But other than that, I was very pleasantly surprised. Included breakfast was Japanese-style, freshly made (I liked it very much!). Check-in was fast with the English machine and staff support. Nothing to complain!

WiFi was a bit odd. Didn't allow podcast downloads somehow, but maybe that was just my app acting up.

It was a good place to spend a night. It’s so close to the airport, you can walk to it. But you don’t have to. They provide a free and frequent shuttle service. There is an ample breakfast included. Finally, public transport is easily accessible nearby.

The rooms are typically small, but for one night, they are fine. All I wanted was a clean place to sleep, eat breakfast, and connect with transportation for the next leg of my journey.

It was close to the domestic airport (ITAMI). Amenities and facilities were good, it felt safe. The airport transfer service was very helpful for early morning flights. The wifi was great. The staff is helpful and professional. There are no curfew hours at the hotel but if you are using public transport like subway or trains then be mindful of the last train. The nearest public transport is at the Hotarugaike station, which is a 15 minute walk which includes crossing an overbridge with stairs, so be prepared to walk with the luggage if you are using subway/trains. This branch of the hotel is great if you’re specifically looking for staying closer to the airport. Clean and hygienic.

the design is clean lines in everything the space is quiet and inviting. the check in area is next to a declining set of stairs lined with bookshelves filled with books from beginning konji to English titles. You can read and purchase. Short movies are viewed from the steps if this magnificent room. visitors have access to the kitchen downstairs as well. The room is clean and modern. the beds are comfortable. i would recommend this as place without reservation. and it’s a few blocks from the train station. The location is great. They even supply guests with complimentary traditional Japanese robes and toiletries

The location is very near from Itami Airport. Surrounded by several store like Yoshinoya, 7Eleven, etc make the hotel more comfortable. Also, eventhough you don't get bottled water in the room, you can refill it on the lobby.

Please provide spoon and fork in the room / in the lobby. I cannot eat noodle properly, i must use the used chopstick i used early.

Very convenient with Airport Shuttle bus ferrying us to and back to the airport. The reception desk staff was very professional, helpful, very courteous, and friendly. Too bad I forgot to take note of his name. Breakfast was good too. Have to mention the shuttle bus driver, very professional, he helped us in loading and unloading our luggage, thank you for helping.

Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location to airport and free airport shuttle were great as well. Staff was helpful for finding locations for dinner.

The area is a bit remote for walking around to find dinner. However, the staff recommended that we take the free shuttle over to Itami Airport to enjoy the many restaurant options there. That was a good solution.
