The room is spacious with bright interior lightings. Other facilities are more than adequate as a professional business hotel. You can enjoy the view of the Ise city and the railway towards Tsu/Toba if you can get a room in higher floors, which gives you the unique Japanese vibe. Shuttle service to Iseshi station is provided every 20 minutes during the day. You can take advantage of that to continue the journey either by train or bus at the station.

I love to stay at Toyoko Inn! It’s a guarantee of clean and good quality. So also here in Iseshi, the quality was good and we could relax in our room

For some reason, we couldn’t park our car on the firs, second, or third floor, nothing bad, but it meant that we had to go all the way on the fourth floor.

we got the 20m2 twin rooms which were huge and comfortable. the carpark was super convenient. breakfast wasn’t bad it could be better but it’s free so can’t complain. didn’t need it but appreciate the free shuttle bus to and from station.

Breakfast was simple and good! Location good too and staff were really helpful and friendly despite the language barrier.

We got the smoking room even though we wanted non smoking but had no choice on the website since they didn't have anymore. The staff helped us switch rooms on our last night which was really good because we could get clean air haha

The reception and breakfast staff and the shuttle driver provided great service. My room was airy, clean and bright. Free drinks, amenities and shuttle service to and from Iseshi Station was definitely a bonus.

The Inn was about a 15 minute walk from the train station and in a very quiet neighborhood so there wasn't much going on around this area. But the free shuttle could take you to the station where the resturants and shops were.

The lady in the reception was very lovely. The room was big and had a lot of different accessories. Nice breakfast, a lot of cometics available and taking under attention our request. Not very far from the station, only 10m walking.

Although we had smoking room and we knew about it, it smelled to much.

Breakfast was excellent, shuttle service was greatly appreciated. Rooms were clean and comfortable and staff were very helpful.

The mattress was extremely hard and difficult to sleep on. There were no extra sheets available so that we could lie on the duvet to soften the mattress.

Not located by the station, in spite of the hotel's name: this is quite misleading. We arrived in the morning to deposit our luggage and had not been informed of the shuttle service (presumably unavailable at that time, anyway). In a quiet area with limited restaurant offering.

The location to take the free shuttle at the train station should be marked clearly on the map given on the hotel website.

The shuttle bus service is excellent. It would have been better if the shuttle bus schedule is provided in the property page.
