The room is comfy and the hotel staff is super friendly specially Ms Cheung Li Hua. Ms Cheung firstly communicate with me in Japanese and once she realise I can speak Mandarin, we start to communicate Mandarin. Ms Cheung is so nice to help us look for Strawberries picking around hotel area and made appointment for us. Though the day for strawberries picking was raining heavily. Appointment had to cancel. Thanks so much for all the help from hotel staff.

The room is spacious and clean. Very nice view from the window. Nice breakfast as well.

The hotel is classic and a bit old which is acceptable to me.

Everything about the hotel was excellent for the price we paid. The room was big enough for 2 people, and the beds were very comfortable. The morning breakfast buffet was superb with a great selection. Our room overlooked the beautiful golf course, and you could see beautiful Mt. Fuji from the dining room while enjoying breakfast. I will definitely stay here again.

Getting to the hotel is very difficult. All the signs for the hotel on the main road are in Japanese. Plus the turn off into the hotel from the main road is very hard to find, even with a car navigation system . Recommend they try to correct this problem.

Large room, well located hotel, staff always willing, easy access to tourist attractions in the city, large room, large bathroom.

Hotel a little old, the evolution and care of the golf course is not compatible with the age and cleanliness of the hotel, a good renovation would attract many more customers instead of customers who only play golf.

Very quite and big room. Nice view of Mt Fuji from room specially in the morning when we open the curtain after a heavy rainy day. With this special offer room fee, we extended one more nite in this lovely hotel.

The food was great. It was well prepared and fairly decent. The room was average. The best part of the place was the outdoor jacuzzi and pool! The onsen was good too.

Had problem with our air conditioning at the room but really didnt matter because the weather was good and all.

We have a great stay in the resort. It's very nice place and near to the attractions . The room was spacious and clean .

No complaints, would be great to have draft beer available on the course.
