The location of the hotel is perfect, with all rooms facing the ocean. The sound of the waves is so soothing, and the night pool is one of my kids’ favorites. The beach is just a 50-meter walk from the pool, making it very convenient and relaxing. You can easily stay here without ever needing to leave the hotel. We absolutely love the interiors it really feels like you’re on a true vacation, somewhere far from the usual. The staff and amenities are superb. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. It was our second time here, and we will definitely be back again.

This was a wonderful hotel and I would go back in a flash. It is right on the beach. We were there in February so the pool was closed but the onsen was open. Went there in the morning and last thing in the evening. The rooms are nice and big. Try and get a seaside facing room to enjoy the beach and the rising sun. The staff were friendly. All in all a great experience. Also there is a free shuttle bus to Kawazu town but there is also a train station near the hotel.

The bar was closed but that was because it was the off-season. There are vending machines and a shop selling beer and snacks.

Very nice hotel overall. Friendly staff, clean room, well equipped room with comfortable bed. Good facilities including sauna and hot spring bath. Free shuttle going in and from Kawazu station regularly.

Unless you're coming in during summer to stay at the beach, the location can be somewhat incovenient, as there is nothing much nearby in terms of entertainment or stores. Due to this, the expensive breakfast options are a minus for me. However, especially during Sakura season, the ~10-15 minute walk to Kawazu can be very pleasant if you're up for it.

The view from our room was breathtakingly beautiful! You can hear the waves from the ocean even at night, it's very relaxing. Adequate room space. Free pool & onsen. The private beach is also a plus! Staff are smiling and very welcoming. Kaiseki dinner in Nanadaru was excellent! Free shuttle to Kawazu station.

Amenities in the room are quite lacking. While the room is mostly tidy, some of the areas are not thoroughly cleaned. Extra towels should be available in the rooms if staying for more than one night. Food at breakfast was a hit and miss. Remote location.

Location to the beach was amazing, room sizes were great, super clean, friendly, helpful staff. We had a car so ate out for lunch and dinner but breakfast buffet was great. Great selection of Japanese and western breakfast food. Loved it and wished we could have stayed longer!!

We went in June and the pool wasn’t open yet, that was in the small print of the hotel info but not super obvious. Not sure why it wasn’t open yet as there was lots of people sunbathing round the pool. Would have made it a 10/10 for us if the pool could have been opened.

The hotel is very well located and has a very efficient shuttle service from the Kawazu station: we were able to use it to drop our luggages in our room and go back to explore the Kawazu cherry blossom festival! The room is beautiful sea view. Public bath are very pleasant. All the hotel is adapted to children (welcome kits, high chairs, playing area, even the public baths are well equiped for them!). The staff is really nice and helpful. Thank you for this nice stay :)

I loved the idea that they had rotemburo onsen, pool and beach front... that can be great in any kind of weather there were plenty of restaurants in the facility that offered both course menu and a la carte the room with ocean view and balcony was priceless shuttle bus service was a great thing

nothing about the facility maybe the town was not super lively for only 1 night... but there is a hiking opportunity if you have time

Exceptionally clean with access to Onsen! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel offers shuttle bus into town to buy groceries. 5 minute walk to local train station. Great buffet breakfast! Very relaxing beach vacation!

Rooms are a little dated, but pool, beach and onsen make up for it. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nothing much nearby. No where else to get a meal except at the Hotel, which is beautiful, but expensive. No where to get lunch. We had a scallop meal in the Japanese restaurant and they were very overcooked and rubbery. Wish we'd been told about the free shuttle from Kawazu. We got off at the tiny station before, because it is the closest station, and had to do several flights of stairs with our suitcases, then walk to the Hotel.

The view from the hotel was amazing, all the staff were very friendly , and went over and above as it was my partners 30th they gave us a free room upgrade and helped me organise a cake for the room on her birthday. The Japanese restaurant was very nice (reasonably priced) as we were only there for two days we did not eat in the french reteraunt outwith breakfast but breakfast had a nice selection which was quite varied, the hot springs were a nice touch to this resort style hotel
