The views from the rooms were stunning, especially at sunset time. It is so close to the ocean that you can hear the waves even with the windows closed, so soothing! Staff were very friendly, I barely speak Japanese but they were happy to help me despite the language barrier. The onsen area was quite small, but very well maintained. The room was beautiful - a combination of Western and Japanese styles. It was also clean, spacious and had an abundance of toiletries and amenities. The provided yukatas were really beautiful & high-quality. I also recommend taking a walk around Matsuzaki for a very authentic Japanese countryside vibe!

Sadly, the AC was not working in the room - you had to create a draught by opening the window & the entrace door to keep the temperature in the room somewhat bearable. My room wasn't the only one with this issue. The buffet was hit-or-miss, some dishes were bland, others were quite delicious. Despite the hotel being very well maintained, it is still quite old & a bit worn-out.

A well located hotel with a great view of the bay from every room. Attention to detail was nice - every guests is lent a kimono to wear for dinner during their stay. The dinner buffet is very good with a wide selection of food, including simple sushi. (Every nights' buffet is the same but that's ok.) The breakfast buffet was also good.

Very reasonable price and the location is great and the staff is good and the surroundings is clean👍

Excellent location right on the beach and near the bus station. Comfortable, quiet room with sliding door to the balcony. Friendly, helpful staff.

the staff are attentive.. my son forget his bag with his tablet inside, i called the hotel and confirm it was there and they send it right away and got it back the next day..:)
