I liked the laundry room at the first floor and the smoking room was on 1st floor, not that I smoked. The rooms were not smokey, and very clean, with all the amenity available on the first floor. The restaurant is on the first floor too but it wasn't open when I wanted to go. Super tip. The dentist is next door and they took me as a walk-in, for basic cleaning. It was only 5000 yen for the complete check and clean. You might have to schedule in advance but why not spend 1 hour to get a refresher on your gums, tartar and plaque built up. The restaurant down the street is super delicious in the alley way and super close by. So, for the price of the hotel and location it's superb! Great way to dine and drink super close by, and also away from main roads. The hotel itself isn't super impressive but overall it's fantastic

Super easy check in. Very clean. Very organized and free toiletries. Location is in a nice busy street, but not too close to the noisy area. Staff are friendly and professional. The rooms are comfortable and clean. It feels very nice and comfortable to stay here.

A very good hotel. Good breakfeast, clean room, and a spetacular view from the hotel, at least at me window. Close to the center of the town, but most importantly, very close to the ferry to Sakurajima.

My first hotel room after a month in Japan, very affordable stay. The rooms are small, and it can get noisy at night even on the 13th floor where I was. The tub is tiny too, but all in all I stayed with them two separate times because it was a sure thing with class.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. The location was handy to the Shiroyama observatory and the prefectural museum, and about a 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal. Very good for a budget hotel.

Excellent hotel. Staff was so helpful and pleasant. They loaned me a charger for two nights when I didnt carry my adaptor! Room was compact and adequate. Clean and comfortable

The staff was really nice and you have everything to stay for a couple days.

The toilet was not super clean, but it was decent. However after the staff cleaned it again the day after it was perfect.
