Hotel is just walking distance to the main shopping street Tenmonkan and mono rail- Tenmonkan dori, so it is convenient with my food choices. Receptionist is really friendly and food recommendations were superb. I was able to leave my luggages before check in and after check out before my next destination. Shower pressure was great.

No laundry facilities but there is a commercial and in fact cheaper laundry house just less than 2 mins walk away. The standard room is really small, not possible to open a large size luggage fully. And note that there is no wardrobe space, just few hangers on the wall.

Man receptionists should be more friendly and helpful. If their english is not good, try to find ways to help and understand instead of brushing us off and giving us the call centre helpline for english. Lady receptionists are very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is at a walking distance from the port, which was important for us. The room was clean, everything as described on the website. Good stay overall

the room which we got was on the smoking floor, so it stank of cigarettes quite badly (we booked a non-smoking room). However, we were promptly given another room, which was fine. I think the staff should check such things, because it is not pleasant to complain and move to another room when you are tired after a long day of travelling. This is a minor issue though

The bed is really comfortable.

Some rooms have pipes passing by the balcony, so you can hear the noise of the water when someone use the toilet.
