Specifically, the location is very strategic. Right where Fujisawa station. Surrounded by many restaurants, shops, shopping. Room is generally clean and well maintained. Like that there's a kitchen area where you can do some heating up of food if you need to. The inhouse coin laundry is also a convenient facility. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful.

Daily breakfast is provided.. However, selection is pretty similar everyday. For short stay is probably fine. but if you stay longer like 2 weeks? it can be a little too much to be eating similar food choice daily.

The location is not far from the main train stations and 8 minutes walk. There was a large supermarket 15 minutes walk from the hotel towards the north side of the station. The breakfast was good and they provided amenities in the lobby. Room was clean and the bed was good and I was able to get a good night sleep. I want to express my thanks to the Customer Service Rep. Mr Matsui, when I checked in. He had a great attitude and was happy to help and answer my questions. The cleaning lady as well, was so nice too and came by and emptied the garbage and gave me new towels and water bottle and asked if I wanted my room cleaned.

The room was quite small and tight for a tall guy like myself and the bathroom was quite small, felt cramped. The lobby staff could learn to speak basic English, as it would be helpful to foreign guests. I wanted to ask a few questions but sensed many were not comfortable responding in English, and gave me a blank look, so I did not bother asking.

Everything in the room is clean, and they even ventilate the room so there's no faulty smell.. The temperature was great, and for a short stay for 2 persons, the standard room size was enough.. The breakfast buffet was simple, but everything was delicious.. Only about 5 mins walk from station and bus stop, abt 2 mins from convenience store.. It was a nice stay..

The only exception was the bathroom placed much higher from the 'ground'(?) So it was a struggle to go to the toilet right after you wake up (or in the middle of the night)..

The hotel was clean, Island colorful and airy. It also had a retro vibe and youthful vitality. Most of the guests seem young and hip. The staff at the reception area could speak and understand English. They were polite yet engaging. The breakfast staff, especially Thor was friendly and helpful too insuring I had a very delicious meal.

I didn't dislike anything about the hotel and it's staff.

Affordable, unique decor, cozy, near the station with lots of food options, bike and motor scooter rentals, decent breakfast buffet.

Use of the pool, spa, sauna requires an additional charge. Maybe it’d be better to reduce the fees for guests staying overnight.

I am from Jersey, a place known for surfing and beach culture, and Fujisawa has a similar vibe with 8 hotel capturing it perfectly without going over the top, it felt like home.

The only issue I had was I couldn't see any coffee amenities, just a lot of tea.

Very convenient to the public transportation (less than 3 mins walk to the bus station and train station) and very close to the sightseeing places and restaurants as well.

Electric kettle inside the room seemed a bit dusty when I wanted to boil some hot water

It was very close to the train station, convenience stores, post office etc. It’s clean, staff are very well-mannered.

Super close to the station and staff is really nice. The breakfast was good.

The room we got was not like the rooms on the pictures, still clean but the esthetic was not the same.

Location! 2 minute walk to hookah lounge, 5 minute walk to train station. Multiple restaurants and huge shopping center near by. Breakfast included. Didn't take advantage but toured around the pool area, and it looked amazing and relaxing.

Available non-smoking rooms. Modern tv for hdmi hook-up. More room space.
