My family and I were very well looked after and accommodated at the hotel. They provided to us two connected rooms. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, and the breakfast was amazing. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much for your excellent hospitality.

Breakfast pastries was sooo good!! Location was near to Fujisawa station as well! Hotel provided us some amenities everyday and it’s very useful. Staff were very polite and helpful when we asked them for information. There were also many food places around the hotel!

Toilet is bit small but I think that’s standard for Japan hotels.

Breakfast hot spring and location

Only one elevator, too much talking of breakfast crew offering suggestion on how to eat the dishes. Just be quiet and place the food. Such a small area we see everything. Too noisy and annoying

First time searching for a hotel for a family of four that the system recommended two connecting rooms, which was magic! Great location. Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Easy check in / check out.

Breakfast was good, but limited compared to similar hotels. Car parking was inexpensive, but a little bit of a walk off the property.

The staff was very nice and helpful. The onsen was small but nice, we enjoy our time in an onsen here. The hotel is located very near Fujisawa station which is the first station of Enoden to Kamakura. My niece love the complimentary for kid and candies. She asked to give this place 10 stars :D Also they wrote us the welcome card which is so nice :)

There were guests from other countries and the hotel staff members were very kind but it seems no one speaks English, so I helped them communicate a little bit. I think it would be nice for the stuff to have some English skills to explain about the facility and such! Overall I loved my experience here!

Should have more vegan options at breakfast. That would be a nice touch.

The hotel is very clean. Comfortable , quite hotel.. The breakfast is really awesome.. specially the freshly bake breads. Definitely will back again.
