We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It was quiet, spotlessly clean, and the service was truly impeccable. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the selection of bath salts and quality amenities. It made our stay feel extra special. The complimentary bikes were a fantastic bonus and allowed us to easily explore the local area at our own pace. Overall, it was a relaxing and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and great service.

This place is so special. I stayed in the junior suite with a view of the beach and お富士様 and did not want to leave. It was so beautiful. The staff are wonderful. They go the extra mile to help and assist you. A staff member even drove me to a convenience store and helped me complete the forms to transfer my luggage to the next hotel. The bed is large and comfortable. The linen is great, Lots of pillows. The breakfast delivery to my room every morning was perfect to eat on my balcony watching the world. The tea/coffee maker was great as well The toiletries and complimentary drinks were so thoughtful.

To be nitpicking,some more cutlery, a spoon and おはし would be good. And a microwave as there is no on site restaurant and most nights I wanted to eat on that balcony. But that is a minor quibbles

Great and relaxing stay. The staff that I met were very professional and accommodating. The room was spacious and clean. Everything about the hotel felt rejuvenating. After being out all day sight seeing, it was nice to return to a relaxing atmosphere to rest. I felt that my room on the second floor was adequately insulated from outside noise as well. Overall, a good and memorable experience. If I'm ever in Shonan, I wouldn't mind staying here again.

This hotel is so very impressive, I will return again and again. For starters, this November 2024, and perhaps twice in 2025 if I have our schedule fixed. Nothing about it is unacceptable !!!

There was nothing about the hotel we disliked. Maybe it would have been nice if there was a real cafe vs room service. But alas it was also so very unique and endearing. The cars and motorbikes were obnoxiously deafeningly loud but no fault of the hotel.

Breath Hotel was really like taking fresh breath . My husband and I will definitely come back again, and this time we will not hesitate to take a room with an ocean view . Our room was very cozy and there was everything what you need for comfortable holiday. We received very nice welcome gifts, and free drinks every night (alcoholic or none alcoholic choice).

Super fun room with 360 projections surround sound. Excellent bathroom features. A superb breakfast each day within own room. Staff excellent, friendly and 100% welcoming and helpful. Would stay again.

Shame the bar closed later in the evening. No problems with external noise for us on the ground floor.

Rooms were super quiet, great views and all the little extras were first rate. Offered us welcome drinks, our choice of extra shampoo, conditioner and body wash, bike rentals for no charge. Very service oriented hotel with the staff very attentive and super polite and friendly.

The height of the window frame hit right at the wrong point of viewing and blocked the shoreline when sitting on the lounge chair or room chair. Otherwise everything was great!

Loved the free bikes, friendly staff, room service, cool lighting, and nice bathroom. Also the included toiletries, skincare/haircare and pjs!

I was a bit sad about the windows in our room being tiny, I had in mind we'd have a view of the ocean.

From the moment we walked in we greeting with such kindness. They had so many choices of amenities to choose from and the gifts kept coming. They thought of absolutely everything when it came to the room and potential needs. From the welcome drinks to the smiles, we cannot wait to be back.

There is absolutely nothing we did not like about the property.

Best hotel we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was amazing, even the air which was scented and smelt super healthy. So many little details, it feels like everything has been thought about to make the stay even better.
