We loved this full-service hotel. Great location—on the beach, short walk to Enoshima Island. Great room—nice size, great shower water pressure/temperature, automatic bidet toilet, quality soap/shampoo, complimentary grooming items, mini-fridge in room. Double windows shut out street noise. Great view. Pictures truly represented what the rooms look like. Breakfast was good—boiled egg, instant corn soup (tastes better than it sounds), various baked pastries, apple juice, coffee tea. Not a buffet and the selection did not change each day, but a solid calorie-packed breakfast that could keep you going until an early dinner. Automatic coffee/tea machine available all day—great to make an iced latte or milk tea before going out. Can reserve the free onsen bath on the third floor—great unexpected bonus. Overall a great property, great value for money. Highly recommend visiting this area (Enoshima is great) and highly recommend this hotel.

My husband and I have booked the Japanese room, upon opening the door, we were pleasantly surprised by how big the room is, there was a table in front of the window where we can see the beach. One of our favourite things to do was to sit by the window and watched people walking their dogs and surfing. The hotel was next to the main road, but you cannot hear any noise. Breakfast was included. And unlimited drinks and coffee. Also there are two free washing machines and dryers for guest use, how generous is that? I think it's the owner of the hotel helped us forwarded our luggage to our next hotel in Tokyo, he contacted our next hotel and filled in a form for us. The hotel is also within walking distances to lots of restaurants, train stations and Enoshima Island is a short walking distance. We saw Mount Fuji on our way to Enoshima. My husband's comment was, "I wish I could stay here for a week". We will definitely stay here again.

Our Japanese room is with seaview and with stunning sunset view, comfortable mattress, room is spacious and clean, very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a hot bath on the top floor, guest can book each 1 hour section for private use, it is very good and relaxing, we like this very much. The breakfast is fresh baked Croissant, milk, juice, egg and coffee which is very delicious. There are 3 parking spaces @ 1500 yen, first come first serve, very convenient if you can have one. It is walking distance to 江之島, the location is super good. We like this hotel in every aspect. Well done.

Located directly at the beach, japanese style room design, free breakfast, free drinks round the clock (coffee and tea). We stayed one night and it was perfect for that. Really, no complaints about the price and what you get for it. Pleasant surprise all-over. Friendly young girl at the check-in who spoke a bit English and had a chat about Germany with us.

No wardrobe, pillows too "flat" (seems to be common in hotels in Japan, though).

This was exceptional value, lovely amenities including gowns and slippers. Toiletries supplied were excellent and included shaving cream and face mask. The breakfast as a set including mixed pastries, juice, soup and a boiled egg. There is free tea and coffee all day. The location is an easy and pleasant walk to Enoshima Island, and the train stations. The staff were very polite and helpful

The Japanese experience with the room. Pillows not too bad Love the private bathroom relaxed after a day walking The large window which could open to let in the sound of the crashing waves was relaxing. Breakfast was lovely, I couldn’t eat all the pastries but they were yummy Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

I loved the whole experience

Fantastic location. Essentially right on the beach (across a major road). Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants and convenience store nearby. Very close to Kitase-Enoshima station.

Hot springs bath was a little older and could use some cleaning, but otherwise quite nice.

Very nice sea view. The location is great. It takes about 15 mins to walk to Enoshima. And the room is very clean and spacious. The guy who checked in for me was very friendly and gave me some nice recommendations on how to get to enoshima.

The room is larger than expected. Breakfast included, free flow drinks. Window facing ocean and Enoshima island. Excellent place to stay when visiting Kamakura. Near to convenient store, food street and stations.
