The location is good, very near 3 train stations: Enoshima Enoden (Enodentetsu), Katase-Enoshima (local lines) and Shonan-Enoshima (Shonan Monorail). Also very near to the seaside as well as island. Neighbourhood is very quiet, so I didn't experience noise disturbance. The area is not very touristy compared to its nearby counterpart, Kamakura, which is easily accessible by the Enoden. Owner is also responsive when contacted by text on booking.com. Apartment is true to pictures. Kitchen is well equipped with utensils, cups and plates, pots and pans, microwave, small oven, stove, hood, knives, dish washing liquid etc (but I couldn't find cooking oil), so it's convenient if you are looking to prepare some meals (there's a supermarket nearby).

It can get quite quiet and dark at night along the streets leading to the apartment which is surrounded by other houses, but Japan is generally rather safe though.

- Walking distance to multiple stations. - Beach is located in a walking distance. - The house is in a quiet neighbourhood. - It's closed to two supermarkets. - Spacy apartment, especially the bathroom. - You get all the daily stuffs you need.

The cups in the kitchen: The shape of the cups is difficult to clean. So if the previous guests didn't wash them well, the brown spots are left in the cups. But we managed to clean them up. Not big deal.

The spacious room, the well-designed facilities such as the external blinds that block out the sunlight, the excellent ventilation system in the bathroom, and the water heater.

Both the air-conditioner and the bathroom ventilation system are quite dirty during our stay. Perhaps it is time to have them cleaned professionally?

Everything was perfect. Very comfortable and perfect location. Please be mindful that the apartment is in a residencial area so it's very quiet. Walls are thin, I could listen to other guest's phone vibrating in next room in middle of the night. Be aware of local rules and be respectful.

Chose this apartment style in residential area for a change. Generally spacious with mini kitchen and dining area. Beds were comfortable. Was initially concerned about no reception on site. But service staff replies quickly on the app, eventually makes it easy to check in.

Provide better slippers or disposable ones. Would be nice to have some open shelf and hooks at the wash area for towels, clothes and amenities. Didn’t manage to get Heater working outside bedroom. Not sure if exists.

Loved this place. Easy self check-in, nice and clean. Spacious enough. Bed was big and comfy. Had everything you need, even kitchenware (we didn’t use). Particularly liked the bathroom, they had a wonderful bathtub that can keep the water warm, I was amazed and enjoyed it a lot.

Soundproofing wasn’t the best, we could hear the tv from next door at night.

It was clean and the bathroom was nice with the bath tub. It was also specious. And the location is convenient. Overall a good stay for a short visit!

The heating system was not comfortable enough. It was cold in the bathroom area too hot in the room. The bed and the pillows were not very comfortable.

We did not receive the pin code & unit no to collect the key and had to ask for neighbours to help. Had to make international call which was expensive and had to waste one hour for all this. When I whatsapped the customer service, they denied not sending me the pin code for key. They did send some instructions only without the pin code and unit no.

Great location. The room is good for a family of up to 3 to stay, with all necessary amenities including some cooking wares. The neighborhood is quiet, so be sure to stay quiet to avoid bothering others.

Keybox instruction - it may be helpful to attach image instruction. It may not be intuitive to everybody to open it.

Excellent location just a couple of minutes away from the beach and all train stations. Quiet neighborhood, own beach shower, cozy room with almost everything needed for family stay. Soundproofing is totally fine.

Absence of a drying rack is a little bit confusing for seaside apartments. Trash disposal rules are quite tricky for foreigners although it's not the property problem.
