Very convenient location near to the station. The woman on check in helped me use the self service machine to pay and showed me where to pick up extra items including green tea sachets and a kettle (nightshirt, toothbrush, razor etc also available). The room was basic but comfortable and the tiny bathroom was clean and had body wash and shampoo.

It was very impersonal and very much geared up for business travellers. There was only one light which was very bright. It's not the sort of place I'd usually stay but I was struggling to find anything affordable in Kanazawa on a Saturday night before a holiday. The price I paid meant it wasn't good value for money but if you can get it for a good price it's a decent option.

Location- good. Clean room- Towels are given daily even if you don’t request for room cleaning. They leave them at the doors. Environmentally-friendly- You get materials you need at the lobby. Check-in and check-out kiosks made it transactions more efficient, but can be confusing too.

This is negligible. It is a budget hotel so don’t expect much: No conditioner for the hair. Small space for the tub for tall/large individuals.

I stayed 3 nights here. It has a good location close to the station. It was in an area near stores and multiple food options. Room had a great size for a solo traveller like myself. Offered self-serving laundry facilities which were convenient as well. Staff was kind and considerate. As a solo traveller, couldn't really ask for more. It will be a place I will most likely stay at again in the future if I travel alone to Kanazawa again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and like minimalist style. Breakfast provided.

The hotel is located in an alley, 8–10 mins are needed if you have luggage and are finding the location. Only one bright white light on the ceiling, no bed light.

The property is very new so the rooms and facilities are excellent. Also the noise suppression was a stand out if you are a light sleeper.

It’s easy to forget that the term double bed at Japanese accommodation does not mean double in other parts of the world. So if you and your partner are larger than your typical Japanese couple then the economy double may not be for you.

Very clean and friendly staff, they offered us free amenities which were useful and breakfast was included. That's much more than I expected for a budget hotel! Laundry is available too

Clean room, modern hotel. Really nice buffet breakfast with plenty of options. Close to bus and train stations (a few minutes walk) Its a simple no frills business hotel at a good price. I would definitely stay again if I was in the Kanazawa area.

The bathroom was really small, but it wouldn't stop me from staying again. It's also a little further away from the tourist attracts (20-30 mins walk) but there are sightseeing buses nearby.

The bed was very comfortable, and a pillow had one side, like a wave that could massage my neck. I love it ❤️. The staff was very nice, helpful and polite and nice grooming 😊. Location not far from Kasawara station walk 7 mins from there.🚶‍♂️ Good price for tourists 5000¥ per room 👍 FYI : Every gst, before checking, had to pay TAX 200¥ per person even if you paid ready.

We chose this location for proximity to the train station. Despite being so close. You could not hear the trains. Great if you're a light sleeper. The facility is very new and everything was clean and tidy. What you expect for this budget style accommodation. Oh, laundry facilities were excellent.

No issues

Very clean, basics provided, great value for the price. On top of that, all of the staff were very friendly, which I really appreciated when I was stressed out after the earthquake.

I wish they had proper hair conditioner instead of a 2-in-one. Also, (this is just a personal preference) the bed was a little on the stiff side and a little difficult to fall asleep in.
