I don’t think i am ever disappointed staying at a Hyatt. Where should I begin, the room was just exceptional. Very spacious and bright and with an amazing decor. When you stay at a Hyatt you know two things are guaranteed a great mattress and great pillows. I really slept like a king and bed was super comfortable and relaxing. I also liked the fact that the wall of the bathroom can be hidden so you can have a bigger open space. Mood lights and BT speaker made our evenings very pleasant. The location is ideally situated at the central station of Kanazawa and it’s just 10 mins walking to the main fish market. We also requested a cot and the staff even brought a diaper bin which was very useful. The staff at the hotel are super friendly and very professional, they made us feel like home! Thank you for everything and making our stay so enjoyable

There is not really something we didn’t like here. If I had to complain then I would just have liked a better view from our room but that’s a luxury problem.

Fantastic location for our needs! Clean hotel and friendly staff. We had a tour leaving from the group bus area at 7:50am, which is outside the front door of this hotel. It was very easy to get up, get ready and walk outside to our bus tour instead of having to navigate to the station and find our departure point. Additionally, the train stations here have EVERYTHING you need all in one place. Shopping, eating etc. We found it super easy to do it all there. We walked to the samurai houses and the gardens and castle. Super easy to get around. Made friends during our walk- which goes to show you how friendly everyone is!

The hotel is next to the Kanazawa train station which makes it very easy to travel to and from the city. All the city buses depart from the Kanazawa station, which makes it very convenient to travel around the city. The biggest bonus perhaps is the fact that the station itself has a good shopping centre and many restaurants. There is also two floors of restaurants and shops next to the hotel. It is literally right next door and is 99.9% under cover, which we found a big help at night when it was freezing and raining outside! We had two very satisfying meals - yakitori and yakiniku in the building next door and would happily recommend them. The room itself is very spacious and has a lot of light. The bed is large, very comfortable and everything works. The cleaning lady is also very diligent in replenishing the amenities in the room.

There is no view from the hotel room, just looking at other buildings. This is the only criticism that we have about this hotel. That said, I guess this is the same issue other hotels in the city will have.

The hotel fully exceeded my expectations. The rooms were very big and everything brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was spectacular with the shower and tub combination and the restaurant was an amazing option for dinning with a great diverse menu. We did eat there for lunch and breakfast. This would be my top choice for whenever I come back. Very close to the train station but also very accesible to downtown and all the activities that the city has to offer. The sky bar is great and the drink selection is top notch.

This is a wonderful experience to stay in. Every detail has been thought through. The rooms are big and have many design details that make you feel welcomed. Beds are great. The location is super central to hit the loop bus to all attractions.

One thing that struck is that the hotel restaurant only opens until 8. we couldn’t get a reservation in as it was booked out. For an international chain with tons of foreign guests hard to understand. The bar food options and the in room dining is unfortunately a big -. When I mentioned this to the receptionist he agreed. Food options at night at the hotel doesnt live up to the rest of the great experience. On the flip side it forced us to hunt for food and ended up with an amazing japanese kaseike experience close to the train station who also took guests beyond 8pm.

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in Japan. The room is spacious, super clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent and has a wide range of Japanese and Western food. The hotel's location is very conveniently located. Shopping mall, convenience stores, restaurants, train station are all located within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel when we revisit Kanazawa in the future.

Location of hotel is amazing, the station is nearby. The staff was super nice and English was not a problem. Room was huge and had all the things you need, what was strange that they didn't offer pyjamas which is normal to have in each hotel which I visited in Japan. Breakfast was fabulous I had to order it as extra though it was worth it it had Japanese, western kitchens everything that you need. You can find a lot of food places near by. I will book this hotel again if I will come back to Kanazawa.

Hyatt Centric is a 3 minute walk from the Kanazawa train station. On exiting from the gantry, turn left and go through the exit along Starbucks. Take a left bend at another Starbucks and you can see the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The decor, right from the entrance to the lobby to the rooms, is fantastic. Room was surprisingly large and tastefully furnished. Because of its central location, it’s within walking distance to many attractions such as Kenrokuen gardens, Samurai district and Omicho market among others. Would stay here again! We had dinner on the 14th at the restaurant, very good food. Note: The staff are standing all the time from morning to evening for some reason, they should be allowed to sit when the can I feel.

Top class hotel with lots of attention to detail. Centrally located adjacent to main train and bus stations and shopping mall. Excellent roof top bar with experienced and friendly bar staff. Very good dining facilities with a reasonable range of dishes and wines. Ice machine and chilled water dispensers on each floor. Would happily stay at Hyatt Centric on my next trip to Kanazawa.

Check in/out is not as fast as I am used to with other quality hotel franchises.

The hotel was outstanding in all aspects. The attention to detail by housekeeping was unbelievable. They replaced amenities, added Nespresso pods, tea, slippers, pajamas and towels. The room was totally clean. The room was comfortable for 3 persons and was a good size. HyattCentric was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. We plan to return
