The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process was quick and efficient. Our room was very spacious, and the single beds were larger than expected, providing extra comfort. Breakfast offered a wide variety of menu options, including many that our children enjoyed, making the morning meals pleasant for the whole family. The location is convenient—about an 8 to 10-minute walk from Kanazawa Station. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again when we return to Japan.

The rooms in both hotels were clean and the beds were comfortable. The room in the hotel we booked was great because it was large. It would have been nice if we could have stayed there for our entire stay. We really liked it there

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at the hotel of our choice for the first two nights. We were only informed after the reservation was confirmed that there would be no electricity for two nights. As we are dependent on electricity during the night for health reasons, we were offered another hotel of this company with a lower rating. The room was much smaller but ok. After two nights we moved to the higher rated hotel. There was no discount for the lower rated and much smaller room. Only the taxi costs to the alternative hotel and then to the hotel we had actually booked were covered. An unfavourable situation.We had specially booked a hotel close to the train station and the car hire company. The alternative hotel was much further away from the station.

The room was spacious and comfortable, more than what we needed as a family of four. We liked that the room had enough clean sheets and towels, and best of all, they provided sets of pajamas for us during our stay. Excellent service from the front desk as well.

There was not much to complain about because everything worked out very well. We were provided with enough coffee and tea and there was a microwave that we could use. Maybe the microwave area could be better fitted out for doing some basic heating up of food, making instant noodles, etc. The library was a great place to relax and do business.

The hotel is very close to Kanazawa Station, just take the underpass at the West Exit and you are there. There is a 7-11 just below it so was very easy to buy snacks and other stuff. The hotel room itself was good enough to squeeze 4 beds and have some walking space. It has the usual amenities and was clean. The toilet itself was good and clean. Staff was very friendly and professional, responding to our requests very immediately.

Not a nitpick but just sharing. As it was winter, the 'aircon' system was set to warm only. We were not aware and it became hot and stuffy in the room. The staff shared that we can leave it off and open the window which we did but only for a short while because the cold winter wind was rather harsh. In the end, the staff did bring us an standing fan so there is ventilation in the room.

We were in a deluxe twin room, which was very spacious, with super comfortable beds, nice sitting area, good amenities in the bathroom, and just down the hall from both the small fitness centre and a reading room. The hotel was a 5min walk from Kanazawa Station, around which there are multiple restaurant and shopping options. There's a 7/11 right beside the hotel. I was able to park securely at the hotel for a small fee.

We liked everything, but it would have been good to have a breakfast option offered when booking, or even offered upon arrival.

The rooms were very big and modern, a big plus compared to the typically smaller rooms in Japan. The bathroom was excellent, clean and well equipped. The location was also convenient, just a 5-minute walk from the station.

The Wi-Fi was really bad, even worse than what we experienced in much cheaper hotels in third world countries. It kept disconnecting and the speed was very low, which made using our devices frustrating. I really hope the hotel improves this, because everything else was great and it would make the stay perfect.

Location was very good. Room was pretty big compare to other stays in japan. Beds were also quite big. Bathroom amenities were also very good and shower head and dryer were of good quality brand.

The middle elevator was broken, they mentioned and notified accordingly. This was a minor inconvenience since at checkout time it got quite busy and had to wait for multiple elevators full of people to pass until one with less people came to board it. But other than that everything was good.

The size of the room was the best part of our stay. After staying in so many tiny rooms in Japan, being here felt like we finally had space for ourselves and luggage. It's big even compared to normal hotels, but it's enormous compared to japanese hotels. The location is also perfect, close to the station so close to buses, trains, shinkansen and everything. The breakfast beside some regular food had a few very tasty Japanese dishes, we liked that too. Overall it was a really pleasant stay. Also, Kanazawa exceed by far our expectations.

We loved our room, very spacious and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and upgraded our stay so that we can be comfortable.

The laundry process was cumbersome, there was no way to check from the room the status of the machines and some guests delayed picking up their clothes so we wasted a lot of time trying to do our laundry.

They had turned off the central air conditioning and it was stifling in our room. Had to open window and request a fan. Closed window overnight but kept fan on which was needed. They really need to consider the temperature and forecast before turning to heat rather than doing on 1st November rigidly. Breakfast options for westerners were limited besides the usual scrambled eggs made from a packet and a few small pastries. Coffee was pretty bad from a drip vacuum pump.
