The location, being adjacent to the main bus and train station, was very convenient. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

The. location of the hotel very close to the railway station was a bonus. The front desk staff were exceptional not only during the checking-in and checking out periods but throughout my whole stay. In particular, I would like to highly commend Ayano and Kiko who put in much time and effort in helping me to arrange a whole day tour to Fukui Province via telephone. Breakfast provided much variety of Japanese and European food. The serving staff always made one feel most welcome and valued. Housekeeping service was excellent.

The breakfast spread was excellent, both in terms of variety and taste. I found the staff at Casade Cafe breakfast duty..... from the gentlemen at the front of cafe to the cook and service staff very warm, polite and helpful.

The various staff I encountered at Reception lacked warmth though they were all efficient. They need to exude a warmer n friendlier disposoiton rather than one of just competence, of gettiing the process of attending to guest done. It does not matter if language is a challenge on both sides cos a smile can break down barriers n lighten things. Maybe the Ana Crowne prides itself as a hotel for businessmen thus the serious tone. However, I m sure, a warm service attitude would be appreciated by all.

Perfect location near Kanazawa station that was a godsend after a long day of travel. Staff were superb in getting us tired travelers checked in and up to our room. Our forwarded luggage was already in our room as well. The first room we got was admittedly a little small however the next day the staff upgraded us to a twin room and assisted in moving our gear efficiently between them. Very quiet place to stay with nice views across the city. Very comfy beds and a great bathroom. Plenty of places to put suitcases and bags as well.

Nothing to complain about. Even the lifts were fast.

Literally less than one minute walk from the station at Kanazawa. Perfect location. Once again the breakfast was amazing here, wide selection of Western and Japanese food. Very attentive staff, most welcoming. Joined the loyalty scheme which allows a 2pm check out. Was upgraded to a king size bed without asking. Ideal hotel for any stay in Kanazawa.

If I was being very picky I’d say the bathroom was a little dated, but spent very little time in the room

This hotel is in a great location - a 2 minute walk from the station, local buses and taxis. The air-condioning worked really well, as did the wi-fi. The bed was very comfortable. The variety of dishes available at breakfast was excellent.

I'm struggling to think of anything that I didn't like about this hotel. I'd certainly recommend it to friends and family. I'd also go back there myself!

I loved how central the location. Was close to everything, super close to train and city loop bus. Close to many great Kanazawa attractions. Also like all IHG hotels I have stayed in so clean and super comfortable pillows and beds - heaven. The staff are kind and helpful. Great bar and restaurants with the hotel. Really pleasant stay. Very close to the central station with easy access to to the bus. Was offered a late checkout of 2pm which gave us ample time to fully explore the city in the morning before leaving.

Perhaps to include an easier direction such as exit from East of West Gate so that travelers exiting the station will be able to find it easier.

Right by the train station. Great location for one night. Walkable distance to the main attractions if you enjoy walking! Buffet breakfast had a good range of food to choice from.

Could do with an update. Rooms were dated but spacious we struggled to find power plugs in our room. Closest one one was by the room door or bathroom.

We were really happy with our stay at ANA Crowne Plaza Kanazawa. Access to the railway station, underground and the Kanazawa loop buses from the hotel via a covered walkway is easy. Staff were very helpful, many spoke some English. Our room on the 15th floor had a great view. Beds really comfortable, two pillows on each bed plus an extra in the wardrobe. Lovely cotton sheets and a feather duvet. Nice bathroom including a bath and shower.

The bedding was a little warm for the temperature in the room. Even though we reduced the heating temp it didn't make a great difference. We would have liked to be able to choose a lighter duvet or a blanket. That's the only slightly negative thing. We had a great experience staying at ANA Crowne Plaza. Thank you.
