Services are fantastic. Onsen is great, delicious and good range at breakfast. Location is perfect though near the station it is on a quiet road. Hotel room is new and spacious. Staff are courteous and helpful. I am very satisfied with the offerings.

Great location with a fabulous though repetitive breakfast (especially if you were to stay more than a couple of days). Nevertheless, we enjoyed the good taste and decent variety of breakfast choices. The staff were generally helpful and welcoming. Room was generally soundproof, which is always a plus.

The room was small and badly thought out. There was no space for any luggage (we had two small handcarry luggages and they were constantly in the way because we had to place them along the sole narrow pathway). The air-conditioning was blowing directly at the bed during the whole stay which resulted in waking up to dry mouths and activated sinus issues.

We loved this hotel so much! The amenities were great especially the onsen located on the 2nd floor for women and 3rd for men. Walking distance from Kanazawa station and also very accessible to get around the city (by walking or bus). We had such a lovely time at this hotel. The room was small but nicely decorated. The lobby was gorgeous. Highly recommend!

Do take note that if you're staying for 2 days or less they do not provide room service, they do provide a change of towels and the onsen items daily which they will leave on the floor. We're ok with it.

1. We spent a little more than NT$2,000 to book this hotel. Breakfast is included. It’s really a great deal. 2. The overall style is great. The attitude and professionalism of the service staff are excellent. 3. The location is great. Not far from the station. It can be reached within 3 minutes. 4. There is a hot spring bath where you can take a dip. It is very clean and comfortable. 5. Finally, I have to say that the breakfast was just like the photos provided on the website. It was really rich, diverse and fresh. After eating breakfast, I felt very happy. It was really worth it.

The staff service was excellent. They were patient and friendly and helped arrange luggage forwarding very quickly and efficiently. The rooms were a bit small but the hotel was very modern and clean. It was within walking distance to the station but do bare in mind you need roughly ~20 mins of walking to get to the samurai district / castle park. There are public transport options close by though :) which is handy and I wouldn’t say the location is a deal breaker. Lovely temple located right across the road. Overall a good experience and we appreciate that the staff held our bags after we had already checked out so we could go out exploring. Thank you :)

Sadly when we arrived in Kanazawa the weather is so bad, very windy and heavy rainy and cold. Basically you cannot go out to explore anything. I was upset about it. But the hotel gave us an early-check-in which is super nice in a rainy cold weather. The staff is very helpful and can communicate in English well. Everywhere is well organized and clean. I must mentioned about the hot bath in the hotel is amazing. It is separated by male and female, super clean and big. In female public bath they also provide locker, hair dryer, Curling iron, shampoo, hair conditioner, face wash, lotion for you to use freely. Totally beyond my expectation!!! I will high recommend to anyone visit this city to choose this hotel.

We booked a standard double room via Booking, 10th floor. The location is good, breakfast was excellent and staff was kind. The room was comfortable, small (15 sqm) but OK for Japan standards. The onsen was busy during the evening, but it was good that we were able to check how crowd it was via the TV service. Overall I'd recommend the hotel.

During our 4 nights stay, the hotel had large tourist groups. Because of this, the breakfast was busier at times (I think because they follow a schedule, so a lot of people have their breakfast around the same time). To make breakfast better, maybe the hotel could consider adding one more coffee machine as the queue gets long.

The public bath and location was the biggest highlight and easily the main reason why I would re-visit Kanazawa just to re-book the hotel! Conveniently close to Kanazawa Station! Breakfast waaaas incredible, shame I only added to one day of my stay, should’ve added it to every single day. This hotel introduced me to Ishikawa specialty Kaga-boucha, and honestly may as well be my new fave tea! So delicious! And on that note, their Kaga-boucha pudding offered in their breakfast buffet - heavenly! I’ve thought about it every day since!

Absolutely nothing! Incredible service, facilities and amenities!

The location is great only 300 metres walk from the railway station (east side exit). The staff were very welcoming and helpful in many ways. The location near the station does mean there are plenty of places to eat nearby. There are also 3 convenience stores a short walk. The room was spotless and although small by western standards the layout was excellent and made life easy. The included breakfast was great with plenty of variety. The hotel was quite willing to arrange ongoing transfer of our larger suitcase to a hotel in 3 days time. We would recommend this hotel for a stay in Kanazawa.. it is an easy bus ride to Kenrokeun gardens and the castle.

Exceptional value for money. Great location, clean and nice room, more spacious than we were expecting. Room has a window couch and small fridge. Plenty of amenities and lovely staff, very helpful. We also got to leave our luggage there when we checked out so that we could explore the city without it. There is a coin laundry and a great hotel public bath

The air-conditioning was a little annoying because it blows straight on the bed and you can't change the angle, but it has levels you can change and the window also opens
