Excellent location right next to the train station and a modern stylish hotel. The breakfast was amazing, with a full buffet to choose from which included japanese and western cuisine options. It didn't seem crowded because there was lots of seating available.

I booked a non-smoking room, thinking this was actually a room on a non-smoking level. It was not, so I was actually on a floor with smoking rooms and the smoke became so intoxicating in the morning I had to cover my face and mouth while walking down the hallway to the elevator. Luckily the staff were so kind and were able to move my room to a non-smoking floor which was much more pleasant.

Supremely close to the train station at which I arrived by train from Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was the best of all the hotels at which I stayed in Japan - truly outstanding for quality and choice. The facilities at the train station were extensive, from food to shopping for beautiful Kutani brand ceramics, to Japan Post. Omicha markets are just down the road. Traditional Geisha neighbourhoods and sights are only a little further down the road. The price for 6x nights was outstanding - probably the best value for money for my entire trip 26x day trip to Japan.

When I finally found the hotel it was an excellent location to the train station. The staff rating would have been higher but the first female person was not very nice. The second person I had was extremely efficient and took care of the issue.

I don't like brown carpets because they look old and hide dirt. The room was small even for one person. It did not have a handheld mirror to assist with hair styling.

The location was handy to the station and a convenience store below. Daily serving bags were delivered, meaning you had fresh supplies. Rooms were advertised as they are, a simple room, yet they have all you need as we don't live in our rooms.

The heating could not be turned down and we felt that the rooms were far too hot at times. The location also meant that we had to walk though the station to find a selection of dining options. We found the pillows very hard compared to what we are used to.

Second APA stay of our trip, same as with the others, the hotel was very reliable, bed very comfortable, cleanliness was top and the price was incredible. The staff was very kind and the location was superb.

As we experienced several times during the rest of the trip, despite having a comfortable mattress, the room was tiny and felt clautrophobic at times. We stayed in a double, and the moment you open 2 small suitcases, the room is packed and is clunky to move around.

This hotel was (almost) perfect! It is located right beside the Kanazawa Train Station so it is easily accessible even if you have a lot of luggage. Hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. Convenient store right beside the hotel for late night pangs. Facilities were really clean the bath area was great!

The only 'complain' is that it is right beside the train station, so you will be able to hear the train announcements and sometimes rowdy crowds at night. It's completely bearable, so can just treat as white noise.

Unfortunately laundry is not comfortable (washing and drying are separated, not enough machines, not nice location- in onsen area)

Well provisioned rooms and handy location. The staff were incredible with helping with lost documents from a previous hotel and helped in Japanese to get these sent to my next hotel.

The location was on the other side of the train station and restaurants were a little walk away, though not too far really.

we already knew the rooms were small, but it was very confortable and clean! the best part was it was really near kanda station! that´s really a must in Japan, only 2 blocks away. we had a great time there.

the hotel can´t keep your luggage, only on chek in and check out days.

I love staying here when I visit Kanazawa. It's right next to the station and a great price. The staff either speak English or have signs with English on them. You can leave your bags in the hotel before check-in which is great!

The rooms are quite tight. If you have large luggage this could be a problem. Also, in the winter the heat is turned up very high. We had to open a window while we went out. After that, it cooled down.
