Clean and nice big room. We stayed with our baby / infant (11 months old), toddler (2.5 years old), and child (5 years old). You're all in 1 big room with beds, but there's a good amount of space and the kids enjoyed the traditional seating table and the flooring felt nice for kids. The washer/dryer had heated dry so it was convenient. The kitchen was small but fine for basic meals and a good size refrigerator for snacks and groceries. The location was conveniently close to the train station (5-10min walk) and you could walk 5 min out to the main road to catch a bus into the tourist locations. The bathtub was helpful for washing the kids. The area was quiet with a little park nearby.

The check in kiosks at places like this can often be finicky. We were lucky someone from the hotel happened to be in the lobby and helped us check in.

My oldest son asked me to give this place five stars. My kids loved this place. There was so much room. It was so great to have a kitchen. The bathtub was huge and we loved being able to do laundry. There were so many extra little amenities that made it so easy There was someone there when we kind of messed up that easy entry. It was very kind . It was so close to the train station, which made things so easy. There’s a really great little bakery right next to the place as well.

Honestly, not sure it was really great

The property was a short walk away from the Kanazawa train station. There are a few convenience stores nearby and a nice Italian restaurant at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel. The various in-room amenities made our stay so enjoyable. The Dyson air wrap definitely wow the ladies over, with an additional hairdryer making it very convenient for big groups. We love the Nespresso coffee machine as we are all coffee lovers. The washing machine cum dryer in the room is a huge huge bonus - we were able to wash at our clothes at any time literally. Also thanks to the extremely helpful hotel manager Aiko-san for assisting us with sending our luggages from Kanazawa to Nagano and for making our stay so memorable.

The family room was absolutely amazing! Beautiful, very comfortable & with loads of thoughtful little attentions such as the little bag with gold themed gifts, the very tasty teas (especially the roasted one), the good quality toiletries (including special ones for the children)... We had loads of space (2 adults and 3 children) and loved to the Japanese style tatami floor, sitting room (with the low table) and bathroom. The location was perfect as well, only a few minutes walk from the train station & the Omicho market. We enjoyed our stay in Kanazawa and the Weskii hotel so much that we stayed 2 extra nights. Although there is no ""physical" reception (digital check-in), the manager is very helpful, replies to emails promptly and is a pleasure to deal with. I would give more than 10 stars if I I could!

We would have preferred washable plates instead of disposable ones in the kitchen. This is really a small detail, everything else was perfect!

I like stay at Weskii Hotel because the hotel has laundry machine so makes my trips not so heavy to bring clothes. However, the hotel is big enough space for a group of four.

I don't like the location because quite far from station especially in the rain it's so difficult to carry my luggage, and the staff also not 24 hours available. moreover there is additional fee beside the hotel cost, which is i do not know what is the purpose of the additional fee.

Free washing machine with dryer. It really helps us. A large room with baby bed was good for us too. The location is good. And they provide free parking.

Coffee machine was broken and the staff are not nearby. They come to change it after 10 minutes. Cups, bowls and plates are disposable which made our feel very bad. We worries about putting hot food on the plastic bowl or plate will melt it and release toxic materials or gas. And the hot water machine limited our bathing times. Fortunately, staffs help us to take the bath in another empty room. Thanks for them. I still don't understand why they charge me 800yen when I check in.

The room is big for our small family of 4. There is plenty of space for the kids to move about. There are amenities provided for cooking, bathing, laundry, and even a hair dryer and straightener. There is also free parking available, though parking lots are very limited and tight spaced.

Check-in and check-out can be a little tricky as it is automated. But there is an English menu that we can select and follow along with. When we checked in, one of the hotel manager was there to assist, but as we checked out early, we have to do it on our own (need to check out in order to return the key). While we can cook, plates, bowls, and utensils are limited (uses disposable utensils). It might be OK for a short stay, but perhaps you may need to request more from the hotel manager (I just reuse some of the plastic utensils, so I didn't ask for more).

Great location and family accommodation in an apartment style venue. Having washer/dryer facilities and excellent high quality amenities provided made for a wonderful and comfortable stay. An issue with the bathroom was reported and fixed immediately with no inconvenience to our plans. We were so grateful and would highly recommend as family accommodation within a short walk to the train station.

love the hotel. one of the best hotels that we stayed in Japan. the location is not far from the station. hotel is spacious. the staff helped with check in. accomodate all our needs.

the only downside side if I have to be picky. the lift is small. and there isn't any place to leave luggage. only a locker enough for 1 luggage. but when ur travelling with a family. it needs more than that.

Very spacious, the biggest hotel room we have stayed. Still plenty of space even with 4 double beds, Self check in and out was straight forward. Room have all the amenities needed including washing machine and laundry detergent. Room is. contemporary design with ryokan style windows. Comes with a balcony.

The kitchen window has no blinds, so the light from the hotel sign "Weskii" shines into the hotel room. Although lights are turned off after midnight.
