We had an amazing stay! Great location, 10 minutes away from the railway station. The rooms are spacious, the beds are very comfortable and you have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Though the reception is not 24/7, you can use the lobby - there is a coffee machine, milk, juices, rice snacks and additional amenities(such as laundry detergent, razors, combs, cotton buds, etc.), available 24/7. Special thanks to our lovely host Miko, who took great care of us. If we ever visit Kanazawa again, we will definitely stay at Inova.

The most amazing accommodation of our two weeks trip in Japan. Room is spacious, clean and is equipped with a complete functional kitchen i.e stove, microwave, fridge and utensils. The room also comes with a washing machine and a laundry yard. Beds are amazing. The lady manager is the warmest person we ever met, she went out extra mile to welcome us, helped us with our queries and recommended us places to visit. Hands down to her service and sense of responsibility to make sure her guests have the best stay in the hotel.

Absolutely nothing.

The hotel is a small one hence is not crazily crowded at the front desk during check in out nor rowdy. The rooms are tastefully appointed and spacious for Japanese standard. The amenities are all awesome from the bathroom to WC to kitchen and beds are super comfortable. Free Netflix in each room is another absolute plus. Hotel is about 10 to 15mins walk from Kanazawa station. Like to give a big shout out for a very attentive staff Kana. She has been very helpful and very attentive to us. She made a dinner reservation for us at a restaurant and noticed our kids were still in the hotel at the time of our dinner reservation and quickly contacted us to confirm the dinner reservation if she got it booked on the wrong date. So attentive and observant. This type of service staff is truly amazing and short in supply.

Nothing much. Is a little noisy as it is beside the train tracks but is not a problem at all. We could still sleep very well.

Such a great place to stay, 10 min walk from station. The room was spacious had everything you needed just like an apartment. We loved the washer and the dryer room in the shower. Very handy. The bathroom had a tv and the bath had a function that kept the water nice and hot. So many extras provided like washing detergent and a light breakfast in the morning. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They helped us forward our luggage onto Osaka.

Nothing everything was fantastic

The staff here are all very friendly and we’re very helpful with planning our stay in Kanazawa. They offered to drive us to the station on the day of our departure (it is about 1/2 mile, but a flat and easy walk) and let us know they were there if we needed anything at all. The room was huge and well equipped with every modern gadget, including a large screen tv and a smaller one in the bath! There is coffee available in the morning and a small continental breakfast is offered- a very welcomed courtesy.

Really no downside to this place. Right next to the tracks, but soundproofed so well one could barely hear the trains going by.

Great value for money, easy to find, and is in reasonable walking distance from Kanazawa station even with luggage. It's also fairly close to the Omicho market and some other nice supermarkets. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile to make our stay as nice as possible. The rooms was extremely spacious and well furnished with plenty of amenities. I'm sure I'm going to find myself visiting Kanazawa again at some point, and I would love to stay at this hotel again when that time comes.

The rooms are super spacious and we even had a private washing mashine. Everything is super comfortable and clean. The staff is exceptionally friendly and we felt welcomed from the very first second until checkout. Definitely one of our favorite hotels in Japan.

The location is okay, you have to walk 15min more compared to other options. But in turn you get those beautiful rooms, so it was not a problem for us.

The front staff was so friendly, room was spacious and clean, everything was well prepared.

I needed a early checkout, and mentioned it during check in to the staff, they let us know to use the tablet prepared at the lounge counter but when I was there, there was a network error hence I couldn’t checkout on time. I even called the emergency number twice but nobody picked up until the third time. It was the tiniest hiccup for the stay.

This is a reasonably priced hotel within walking distance from the Kanazawa station. The facility is quite new, and very well kept up, although the check-in area doesn’t give the greatest first impression. Security is good, with keycard access to the rooms, although no overnight coverage at the front desk. Room size (we had the family suite) was good, although the multiple beds took up most the room – good for big families. Bed was somewhat soft for our tastes, but we slept well. Bathroom and toilet are separate, a nice feature. Very nice shower with great water pressure. Staff communication good, and front desk personnel spoke excellent English. Our suite faced the railway tracks adjacent to the building, but the windows blocked most, but not all the noise from the trains; the residual noise was not enough to bother us, or affect our sleep. Unit was clean and well maintained – no squeaky doors or sink stoppers that didn’t work. Clothes storage is non-existent; only a limited number of hangers available. Lighting in the unit was excellent, and reading at night was easy. Large screen TV, with Netflix programming available without a membership – nice touch for those who don’t have a subscription, particularly since there’s no English TV channels that we could find. Ductless air conditioning worked quietly and effectively. Kitchen well equipped, but little room for eating. We didn’t use the washing machine, so can’t comment. The continental breakfast (called “Bread”) was actually quite good, although limited in scope. Excellent coffee – Illy machine that makes several kinds of coffee. We particularly appreciated the free ride back to the station. Overall, a very good value hotel, and we’d be happy to return.

As noted, the beds take up most of the space in the room, to the point where seating is limited to a "love seat" squeezed between a bed and the kitchen counter, making TV watching uncomfortable at best. I would think that the vast majority of the hotel's customers would prefer to have a little more room to move around, rather than a room full of beds.

Massive rooms, more like an apartment for you and your family, with all the facilities of an apartment, a bit of a walk to the station but by far this was our best accommodation during our trip to Japan. We also loved having the washing machine in our room and also our own massage chair.

There is no 24 hr reception staff, but the girl who works there was very helpful and friendly
