Fantastic location, just a 10min walk from the train station as well as our car rental place. Lots of eating options in the vicinity, as well as convenience store. so, Kanazawa was very modern and clean. Our room was very spacious, with enough space for four people comfortably. Best feature is the ventilator, dryer in the bathroom which helped us dry the bathroom and our laundry in a jiffy. Although we had no face to face contact, the owner was very responsive and proactive in helping us ensure we checked in and responding to our questions.

The washing machine in our unit keeps having problem when it comes to draining and spinning, even after it was fixed. But, the ventilator/dryer in the bathroom was great in drying our laundry very quickly.

Our room is spacious. There are 4 single beds, dining table, a tatami area, cooking place and washing area. The room decoration is so warm that I had feeling at home. Our kids played card games on tatami they loved it very much. The room facilities are good enough. The staff is very nice even though we missed the checkout time. She reminded us my booking date and time gently.

There is no parking lot at the hotel. But it's not a big problem. I can find other car parks nearby.

This property was outstanding, it was so clean and well appointed with complimentary amenities, pjs provided, washing machine and drying room if we had of needed them. So close to the station, and the market and beautiful Japanese gardens. We asked to store bags for an hour to visit the markets on checkout and although we weren’t able to as no front desk, the communication was responded to quickly and we were informed of a very easy solution at bike rental down the street. Beds were really comfortable and checking in was simple and straightforward We really loved our visit to Kanazawa and could easily have stayed longer and would definitely stay here again.

The location was great - only a short walk from the station. The staff were super accommodating and helpful about any requests or communication. The beds were comfortable and the area was roomy enough for 4 adults. The washing machine was a bonus. The art works were a really nice touch too.

The only inconvenience is not having a reception. This meant that we couldn't store our luggage there. They did give us good instructions about where we could leave our luggage beforehand though.

An excellent option for a group - very spacious with all the important elements provided. The room was huge, and we even had a dining space, a Japanese tatami room, a kitchen, and a very spacious bathroom. I'd always choose this place for its family-friendly design, a great location for Kanazawa station, as well as a pleasant stroll to other central places in Kanazawa.

Of our 3 weeks in Japan this took the award for BEST accommodation for our family of 5. Despite its compact size every detail was exceptionally thought through and well designed. It is new and clean with an amazing bathroom, washing machine, & usable kitchen. Great smart TV and Wi-Fi. Handy location to the train station and associated shopping & eating precinct. (Kids loved the cheap German Bakery.) Even though the earthquake had closed many of the top attractions, holidaying here was a joy. A not far walk is the Nomura-ke Samurai Residence, for a serene transportation to another time. This accommodation comes HIGHLY recommened !!

Less than 10 minute walk from Kanazawa station and shopping centres, great local eateries nearby, got to experience tatami futons which our toddler loved, beautiful artwork on walls and overall a very relaxing stay. Wish we stayed a bit longer!

We did not have any complaints but noticed the front entry way had a few steps which meant we had to lift our toddler's pram up, and would be difficult if we were alone or for someone in a wheelchair.

Very close to the station, just a few blocks walk. There are multiple restaurants in the area but unfortunately when we were there it seemed like almost all were closed. The rooms match the photos, and are well sized for a family considering it’s Japan.

Most of the restaurants in the area were closed during our stay which was a bit unexpected but can’t really fault the accommodation for that.

Very good location - 7 mintute walk to the station and 10 minute walk to the market from which the other attractions (castle, garden, melonbread etc are at max 20minute walking distance away). The property was very clean and spacious. It contains 3 separate rooms for the following, bathroom and toilet and sink. (It also had a kitchen and a small living room) provided extra amenedies (pijamas, towels, hygiene products)

The entrance IPad is was difficult to spot.

Stayed in the Superior Quadruple Room with family. Despite there being no staff at the hotel, everything was automated and worked flawlessly. The room, which was beautiful and well-maintained, was clean when we arrived. Everything was as advertised. The location is only a few minutes walk from Kanazawa station, making travel plans very easy.

The washer-dryer combo unit is not very good at drying and we had to air dry all our clothes after use.
