It's a modern, hip, very clean hotel about a 10 minute walk East of Kawasaki Station or the Keikyu-Kawasaki metro station. Easy train/metro connections to greater Tokyo (10-15 minutes to Shinagawa or Tokyo Station on the express Tokaido JR line). Bonuses include: rooftop terrace with coffee/tea station, microwave, etc., excellent, very tasty breakfast options, good wifi, adjustable bed & projector tv system, great bathroom with good size shower, extra amenities.

The rooms are cramped (14-15 sqm), so it can be cumbersome with large or several pieces of luggage (even though some luggage can be placed under the bed). The double beds are only 140cm wide. The TV is programmed only for subscription apps (like Netflix, etc.) using your own account. There are no cable channels, which would be nice to have.

This hotel was a hidden gem on our journey through Japan. The location is perfect — conveniently situated between Tokyo and the beaches of Kamakura. In the evening, they offer free beer, which was such a nice touch, and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious — beautifully presented and full of flavor. One of the highlights was the rooftop area with a great view over Kawasaki, where you can enjoy a free coffee or even a matcha latte. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s pretty standard for Japan. What really stood out, though, was the surprisingly spacious bathroom, with a separate toilet and shower — something you don’t often find in Japanese hotels. Overall, it was a fantastic stay with great value. Would definitely come back!

1. The location is very close to the transtation and there're lots of restaurant nearby. 2. The breakfast has multiple options and they're pretty hearty. 3. The room is clean and comfy, cleaning service is also outstanding, to have a project and monitor in the room is nice. 4. The staff is willing to solve and help on any issues.

1. The location is also nearby the area that has a lot of izakaya, so it's quite noisy at night and some drunkers roaming around, the street might be messy in the morning. 2. The bad is quite short to me (170cm). 3. My room is at 9F, so it's under the rooftop terrace 10F, sometimes will be noisy if someone hanging out upon there.

Hotel staff were very friendly checking us in and out of the hotel. The room is very clean and has amenities that you would need for the stay. My sister enjoyed watching Netflix on the projector in our room. The hotel is located near the shopping district so you won't have to go far for entertainment.

Not a negative point, rather just setting expectations. The view from the top lounge area is not the greatest. Because the hotel is situated near other tall buildings all there is to see from the top is just the top of other tall buildings.

This was a real boutique style hotel and very trendy with all the latest gadgets and go too amentities. The bed was comfy and the amenties were clean and tidy. All of the staff that we came across were really cool and their English was great, the location was pretty neat not far from both the JR network and the Keikyu Line trains which we used a lot as we had to get to Idogaya, and Yokohama. They had a roof top area on the 10th floor with tea and coffee making facilities but was also a nice spot to just chill out under the stars. Also a microwave up there, with chopsticks, and cutlery. Convenience stores where just a short walk away. At the JR Kawaskai station there is a huge supermarket and places to pick up meals which are delicious. Kawasaki was a pretty cool place to go to, it has so many less tourists which I loved and the atmospshere was pretty young and vibrant.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The roof terrace was beautiful and you can take whatever you want up there (dinner from room service - delicious!), food from outside, drinks etc). Happy hour - free beer was very much appreciated (it was so hot!). DJ on Saturday was brilliant. Drop down screen with projector and the adjustable bed were great. So much fun that I didn't go out one night. I just stayed in and had movie night in the hotel!

It might be helpful to remind guests they need to bring their personal login details for Netflix or Youtube

The location was convenient and easy to get to from the train station. The room was very quiet. The bed was quite comfortable - I prefer as soft of a mattress as possible and this was pretty good for a hotel mattress where they’re trying to accommodate as many different guest preferences as possible. I’d the mattress was comparable to nice hotels in the US that you might book for business travel or a family vacation. I don’t speak any Japanese, but didn’t have any issues communicating with staff.

Convenient located hotel in a lively neighborhood close to stations. Roofterrace and mini-kitchen is a bonus, so is the terrace on the first floor. I like the set up of frontdesk, bar, restaurant and lounge in one… homy atmosphere.

The cooked breakfast is limited to a few options. So when staying a few nights -and on a gluten free diet- it quickly gets boring.

Really nice staff, especially the girl who was on night shift and checked us in, clean room, amazing bathroom/shower (one of the most comfy showers I've ever sat in), roof terrace, plenty of amenities, breakfast is restaurant quality, all for the very fair price of 35€ a night, which is unbelievable. That will barely get you a bed in a low quality dorm room in Tokyo. Only possible downside is the location is in Kawasaki. If you want to go to central Tokyo it's quite a way out, but I would have stayed here all week if it was closer!

This hotel is superb for young people. With projector and adjustable bed, highest floor has an indoor space equipped with microwave, tea and coffee making machines. Outdoor can chillax and your loved ones or friends. Daily room cleaning is an added benefit. I stayed for a few nights and on the day I checked out only I found out there’re vending washing machines too. Too bad. Maybe next time

Red light district and the space of the room.
