1. The room is spacious compared to other Japan hotels 2. There are convenient shops next to the hotel 3. The free drink and food provided really nice 4. The manga is also in a wide variety 5. Noise cancellation is quite nice between rooms. 6. The room has an open wardrobe which is very useful to hang my towel 7. The hotel has hot water and warm water provided in the lobby (important for elderly) 8. The bed and the pillow are very nice. The spots in Kokura are all walking distance.

1. The room does not have enough light, a bit dim even turned on all the lights in the room 2. The toilet is with mold and very small. I could barely move. Quite dirty and old. There are stains in the toilet. 3. The bedsheet is not very clean. It is better to bring disposal bedsheets. 4. The room is locked by key, not a card. very inconvenient, and the key is quite heavy. 5. Indeed, the hotel is quite far away from Kohura station. it takes 15 mins walk from the station. Suggest taking a taxi to the hotel. Or pay 100yen to take monorail and get off at Tanga market station.

The room was more spacious than other hotels. The bed was comfortable, and the bedding was clean, which made for a pleasant stay. I also appreciated the amenities, as nothing was lacking during my time here. While the location is a bit far from the train station, it's conveniently close to Chacha town, making it easy to catch the airport bus when heading back. Although the station is a bit distant, the free bike rentals made getting around much easier. There are several convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart nearby, along with many great restaurants. I also loved the smell of freshly baked bread in the lounge every morning, and I enjoyed the curry and udon dishes as well. The lounge has a bright and cheerful atmosphere, making it a great place for guests who visit with friends, families, or families with the kids

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom could have been much cleaner. There were noticeable stains on the toilet, and it didn't feel as fresh as it should have. Also, I found a piece of Tempura under neath the bed. It's a shame because it affected the overall experience.

A quirky hotel with a huge library of manga for you to borrow. Bread (baked fresh on the premises), udon and curry all available seemingly 24 hours a day. A coin laundry on site.

Signage everywhere telling you not to eat the food before checking or after checkout. Pointed out, again, upon checkout. We get it, and we respect your rules. No need to force feed us. More rules - completely unnecessary - handed to you at reception. Oh look, ¥10,000 charge if you get ill, and vomit in the room. I must remember not to get ill then. Thanks for the reminder.

Proximity was good to station, convenience stores, restaurants, and malls. Very comfortable. Staff was very helpful, especially when we needed to book a very early taxi ride. Food was always good!

Elevator was a bit slow and there was no accessible stairs to reach the other floors. There was no instruction to insert the key chain into the slot, so we fell into the entrance way because it was hard to see in the dark that there was an elevated portion on the floor.

The hotel offers free curry rice, soup, coffee, and soft drinks. The common area offers a lot of space to eat or work and is nicely decorated. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

The room did not have a window, so I could not air out the room and was restricted to the air conditioning and fan that were provided in the room. For a longer stay, it was not comfortable as the air in the room got stale.

The location was good, 5' from the station. Close to several vibrant areas. The staff was professional, but not overly friendly. The common space was nicely made and vibrant. The free food was not bad. The room was clean, however lacks charm. Overall, nice for a nights' sleep.

I didn't like the fact that the windows could not be open, it made the room stuffy. Some parts of the hotel could use some renovation.

The strategic location from the train station and access to the market and nearby attractions. Free simple and yet yummy food and drinks 24 hours. I m impressed. Spacious room and rental free bicycle.

However, there isn't any non smoking room option when I did my booking. We requested for a change but was not possible because the staff said we have booked for smoking room. Hence, I felt they were rigid.

Our room was spacious, the location was good, and there were free meals (curry, pastries, udon) and drinks provided in the lobby throughout the day, which was a very pleasant surprise!

We could not figure out how to set up the air conditioner so that it does not turn off after 1 h, so at night, unless we did so, it got hot.

There was 24 hours free fresh bread, drinks, udon, and curry rice for the customer, I love it! In addition, there was a comic room in the second fl, which who are manga fans gonna love this place tho.

The bed was too fluffy, it hurt my back. Once we checked-in the staff was welcome us with tired-face, maybe because of the tourist loaded :l However, other staffs were nice.

It is about 10 minutes away from Kokura Station, and there are many shops along the way where you can purchase items, which is very convenient. Free bread and curry rice are provided, which is delicious and tempting.

Our whole family found it very comfortable and a very ideal place to stay. We will visit again if we have the opportunity.
