The staff was helpful, I can recall even when she was so busy she still cared for customers and asked me if I needed an umbrella, it’s heart warming.

Upper escalator was closed, that's so uncomfortable

The staff was very friendly. The location was very convenient to reach major tourist attractions and restaurants as well.

It was too much expensive for the price I paid. I don't think it's worth it. In addition, breakfast was below average, offering only a japanese style. But staff was very friendly.

It’s cheap and the location is good

They didn’t have non smoking rooms that night and after quite long negotiations we finally got a non smoking room that was very far and wi-fi didn’t work

Fairly close to Kokura Station

Hotel is really really old. Escalator to the lobby was not working. Room was way overpriced for the condition of the hotel and room. Breakfast was also very sad.

It was an ordinary hotel from where I could go sightseeing. I was glad I am staying only one night there.

You have to climb up the escalator, which is not working up. If you have a luggage bag, I did not find an elevator to the front desk. There was no one at the reception desk for a while, and I had to wait with another person (a post deliverer, who even called the front desk to see if anyone comes). It was a non-smoking room, but I could feel the smell from, I guess, the blower. Was it a fan or a blower that worked all the time, there was no switch off and you can hear it's noise all the time.

It had an ofuro hot tub but it was very small so ppl had to wait to wash themselves before getting into the ofuro

The room was not clean - there were hairs on the floor and I had to rewash my glasses before as they were not clean.
