Free drinks and bread on the first floor. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom did have a step up. The toilet made a loud and rather long noise when being flushed, I hope I didn’t inconvenience the neighboring guest.

The floor that I thought was entirely carpet was actually carpet mats? I moved back the chair and the carpet tiles moved too. It’s not a bad thing, I was just confused. I was worried the chair would break cause it started to bend. Also for amenities I didn’t see any hairbrushes.

The building was very nice and modern - everything up to Japanese high hotel standards. The area downstairs was great for relaxing and there is lots of options to get hot drinks, tea coffee, chocolate etc - as well as some meals and breakfast food. As far as I know it was 24/7 and their multiple options of small flavored rolls was surprisingly inviting. There is another interesting area in which all walls are filled in with Manga books - there are shelves and shelves of them and it's almost enough to even get lost in there - you can borrow them to read in the common open area or even in the room. The room was nice and clean - everything was provided and the whole experience was pleasant and relaxing.

The ANNEX building is 'little far' (10-15 min) from the MAIN building - I did not read well enough and tried to choose it based on the proximity and placement but expected it to be closer. There is free shuttle bus between them though so not a huge issue. It's a little unfortunate given the page here does show only one location on the map so it's easy to miss that fact or assume the ANNEX building is just next to the main one. Still great place though!

Amazing spot all around. Location was great, right next to the Kokura station. The free pastries, snacks and soft drinks were great add on. Staff was nice. Everything was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

Room felt little bit on the smaller side.

We booked hotel Reflef kokura near by the train station on 13 Mov 2022. We check-in at the hotel on afternoon. Ms. Yokota the officer. She informed us, We will had to go to stay a hotel. but is faraway from this place. She arranges and the taxi go to the hotel Reflef Annex, I am very impressed with the service of her, and upon arrival the hotel Reflef Annex to stay. The staff is a male name is tanake ( not sure ), to which he testified Very good service as well. We stayed at this hotel for one night. We have Breakfast included the package. But we have to travel early in the morning. The hotel made the bento for us during the journey. If we have oppunity to go back to Kokura again, I will stay at this hotel again. Overall is the best Congratulations to the company with employees who are very attentive to their customers.

Good value and very big room in the Annex hotel. Free basic food such as bread, pastries, udon and curry with rice. Drinks are also free. You can leave your luggage at main hotel so its closer to the station even if you are staying in the Annex.

The Annex is quite far from Kokura Station but they offer a shuttle service every 15 mins.

The personell was very nice and helpful. I apreciated the offered snacks, pastry and amenities.

The alarm clock was glowing bright during the night and I didn't manage to turn it off easilly. That was disturbing.

Great cost-effectiveness and cleanliness. If your room is in the main building, it would be really nice because it's in the middle of downtown Kokura.

This hotel has an annex. The annex is located somewhere other than Kokura, and I didn't know that I was assigned to the annex until I arrived at the hotel. Here is the location of the annex: 12-１６ Konyamachi, Kokurakita Ward, Kitakyushu, Fukuoka 802-0081. The annex is a little far from Kokura, so it's a little far to walk. But the hotel itself operates a shuttle bus. Using this, this is not a big problem.

I stayed in Annex. The room is super big since it’s a bit far from train station. The staff at main building called a taxi for us (instead of using shuttle bus - I’m not sure why there was no the shuttle bus at that time).

Breakfast is in box and basic. Staff can speak English very little.

Just outside Kokura station. Has free bread rolls and hot and cold beverages 24/7, and rice balls at night. Comfy bed.

If you are over 200cm, you won't be able to stand in the bathroom.

The room is bigger than Japanese standard, I have many spaces for two big luggages and the room is so pretty. I really love it. The bed and pillow are so comfortable. The staffs are so nice which I want to stay here longer.

The annex building is quite for from the main building which is far from Kokura station but there is a free shuttle bus (Taxi) for transportation.
