despite the old look of the building, the room is tidy and the price is very very reasonable the free breakfast is also excellent and the lady managing the place is very warm and pleasant - you don't need to go out to explore the town for local breakfast when you got this right here

the male employee (or boss) at the reception counter was grumpy when i could not speak japanese while i understand not every japanese can understand english, there's no need to be sour as i tried my best to convey my words through my broken japanese and google translate

Great place, I got really amazed by the hotel, it was very cozy and confortable for the price, and it was really easy to get from the train station to there. The room is the avarage size for japanese hotels but it was really nice, just a little old but i don't mind that. Great deal.

Some things on the hotel feel a little old, like the carpet and bathroom, but it was very clean and well kept.

The buffet breakfast was very good, though we've had better at some other hotels. No orange juice, for example. The free drinks available during the day were appreciated, though limited to coffee as the other machine available for breakfast, with tea, cocoa, corn soup and a few mystery items was locked up during the day. Staff were very helpful and were happy to keep our luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Not much English in the room. For example we did not know whether the cans of cold tea in the fridge were complimentary. (They were). And we had to disturb the staff to show us how to turn off one of the lights.

Friendly staff, good breakfast and good location

Some guidelines are in Japanese only. I am not sure of the complimentary drink in the fridge. Ladies only have one hour to use the onsen on the 8/F.

staff is very kind and it is not far from the station. Hotel provides free drinks and many facilities for low price. staff was kind enough to amend my booking when I couldn’t arrive due to heavy snow. i highly recommend this hotel.

The room is simple but has everything is needed. The position is really convenient, really close to the Station. The price is excellent considering that a rich traditional Japanese Breakfast is comprised.

I like the traditional Japanese breakfast. Room is spacious. Location is good, just 10 mins walk to the train station.

The hotel is a bit old but quite well maintained. Room size a little bit bigger than the average business hotel. Breakfast is included in the price which make it a great value

The pillow was too small for me. Also airconditioning could be better.

Easy access to everything. It’s also clean. I felt comfortable staying there.

I think the breakfast options were good, but needed a little variety and at least fruits once or twice.
