Great location and helpful staff.
This hotel is sadly very dated. The upgrades that have been done were done on the cheap. The AC and plumbing are loud. The bed and pillow are rock hard(even by Japanese standards). You get 2 cards for the room. The first one is like an old laminated business card. If you hold it in the exact spot on the touchpad you will open the door. The second chained to it is like and old credit card with a magnetic strip which has to be swiped into the slot in exactly the right orientation to turn on the power in the room. I got a non-smoking room but the first thing I noticed when I opened the door was the smell of cigarette smoke. Maybe it might have been a nice place to stay, back in the 1970s.
