A very comfortable hotel with excellent room, beds and amenities. A big shout out to the friendly helpful staff who made our stay memorable. Would definitely return here again.

Location was perfect and the staff were really friendly - everything was easy, and quick.

For the price I definitely would have liked at least breakfast to be included (since it was only about 650¥ extra)

Very well located near station, nice for one night.

It's an old hotel (needs renovation after closed during COVID time), staff very nice but room smells tabaco besides was clean. The checkout is at 10am. But is fine

Excellent location near Kochi Station, free bike rental, very kind staff.

The facilities and building are quite old and worn. They only clean the room after your third night staying there, and if you miss that day because you didn't leave the room until after 10am and hand in your room key, they don't come in and clean on the fourth day either.

All the staffs seems to be able to communicate in English and they are all very friendly and welcoming. There is a free coffee machine and a microwave oven at reception area.

Can clearly hear sounds from the corridor. Laundry facility is very expensive compared to other hotels and located outdoors at a parking space, do not plan to wash during your stay at this hotel.

Nothing much.

Needing to hand over car keys for the rental car to have the car parked - insurance?? No tea or coffee provided for kettle in room. The smell of cigarette smoke everywhere. The very small female bathroom... And it is about 1.5 K from the start of the central area. Otherwise all good.

Comfy beds.

They did not change the bed linen for the entire stay, did not remake the beds at all in the morning or hover the room carpet. Basically there was no room service at all apart from replacing the tea bags and the towels.
