The hotel was in a good location with free outdoor parking close to the entrance. The hotel seems very new with a well designed and comfortable room. The reception staff were friendly and attentive. There is a Lawsons next door, only wish that chain was throughout Australia. Also a large store across the road. The whole place exceptionally clean. Got a great night's sleep.

Bed was uncomfortable - felt the springs. Stayed in a single room due to no family rooms available (family room bed more comfortable when we stayed for one night)

Very clean and comfortable room big enough for 2 persons with medium suitcase. Free coffee available. A bit out of town but big supermarket across the street where you can buy your own food.

Very few choices for breakfast, made it very simple japanese breakfast, i excepted more for value.

The hotel provided good services and the facilities are excellent especially we liked shared lounge and kitchen.

Not we didn’t like but a kind of extra request… Thank you for the public bath but it is even better if the bath was a bit bigger.

Location was great for visiting the temples. Room was lovely and comfortable amd was nice to have a shared area too. Breakfast was excellent with loads of choice and very tasty. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

I like the onsen and massage the laundry , and also it is convenient to have the supermarket opposite to the hotel and lawson convenient store next to the hotel and the bus stop for airport bus to Takamatsu

the location is a bit far from the JR station but very close to the airport bus stop , very convenient for the last day before you head to airport , we lilke the onsen, the massage service

Great value, very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff, good breakfast and luggage storage service. Big supermarket across the road as well as a characterful noodle restaurant.

Bit of a walk from the train station and main attraction area.

For the price that we paid, we were getting excellent value. The room had everything that we needed. The breakfast was rather extensive, Japanese styled. Parking was easy.

The staff is very helpful. My car is run out of battery suddenly and cannot be started. The hotel staff helped us to contact the car rental company and the car was fixed on that night.
