The location was good and convenient for the station, museum, some restaurants and night spots. The facilities are claen. The bed and pillows are comfortable.

The parking inside the site is 2,000 yen, and another one is 500 yen but it is in the opposite corner as public parking. The space beside the window is not usable in the room.

The staff gave good advice about parking. The public bathroom is very good. We got a room on the same floor as the bathroom. (I am an ONSEN Lover) Water from the tap is drinkable, is the best part i love it.

The room was clean. The onsen on the 9th floor was so great. The pillow was awesome. Loved it

There are 2 entrances to the hotel: 1 on the main street that leads to the restaurant of the hotel and the main entrance on a perpendicular street. It can be confusing.

Big rooms, very nice and helpful staff, close to train station, to shopping, restaurants and castle. Nice public bath.

Nothing really. There was some dirt in the elevator in the evening, it promptly dissapeared by the next morning. Perhaps that the bar is not open outside breakfast hours, it would be nice to be able to get a drink, but that's it.

The room had a sofa and two chairs, which helped us work on a lot of things! Everything is well-coordinated, succinctly cozy as it says in their policy!

My room was upgraded for free. The room was wide and bath tub is bigger than the usual bath tub in other Japanese hotels I've stayed at.

Entrance to the hotel was quite confusing. The sign posted on the back door facing the main street was only in Japanese.

The room was clean and had everything I needed. The rooftop onsen is a great bonus!

Staff were pretty strict on the 3pm check in. But that was clearly stated.

Location was good, room was clean and comfortable.

WiFi was not good, as I was not able to back up any photos to the cloud during my stay.
