Hotel is close to the theme park as it is the only hotel associated with the theme park. BUT the hotel and theme park is quite far from the train station. There is a free bus shuttle but runs infrequently. We ended up taking taxis to the facility . The hotel is huge and it had lots of things that could accommodate the large crowd: Pool and game rooms for children, large onsen baths, large self serve restaurant, and a big store for shopping.

Their dinner and breakfast buffet is very good with a lot of food choice. The onsen and recreational facility is exceptional good even there is a lot of tour guest.

A bit noisy and crowded at the dinning room since quite a number of school and aged centre tour guest during my stay

Both dinner and breakfast were very abundant and delicious. The room was spacious. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful.The hot spring was excellent.

I didn't know that the villa area didn't have an elevator when I made the reservation, which was a bit inconvenient on rainy days.

The hotel lend us a big stuffed character to my daughter during our stay, and my daughter loved it.

Maybe the location is little too far from train stations, but it’s worth visiting.

The onsen is nice. Food is particularly nice. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room was very cold. It was early November and the temperature was about 8 degree Celsius at night. No heating supplies so it was freezing cold. We had to wear coat/ jacket to go to bed.
