This hotel was amazing. From what we saw, each room had a unique design. Our room was super spacious and full of electronic comforts — you could control the lighting and music from a panel behind the bed. It had everything: a massager, hairdryer, hair straightener, jacuzzi, air conditioning, heater, and plenty of storage space for clothes. There was even a TV by the jacuzzi! The bathroom was large and fully stocked with delicious-smelling shampoo, conditioner, lotion, body wash, and more. Housekeeping was done daily and left everything spotless. Breakfast was delivered to our room at the time we requested — such a nice touch. The reception staff were incredibly kind. Even though they didn’t speak English, they made every effort to communicate and assist us. Overall, it's a wonderful hotel at a very fair price. Highly recommended!

The location wasn’t the most practical. The bus doesn’t run frequently during the day, and it stops quite early in the evening. Because of that, we often had to rely on taxis — and one night we even had to walk back because our phones had no battery to request a ride. The hotel is located along a kind of highway, which makes it feel a bit isolated. That said, we never felt unsafe walking back, even at night.

The room was beautiful, just ment for couples. A little awkward since I was traveling with my teenage son to have a vibrator and condoms in the room. But other then that the place was fantastic! Huge bathroom with jacuzzi tub and sauna. I even got breakfast and dinner each day. Breakfast was interesting cabbage salad with a scoop of potato salad with two croissants. Dinner was great with a big menu to choose from.

The hotel and room is beautiful, comfortable and huge. It was the biggest room and bathroom I got between 3 hotels I stayed in Japan. There is hairdresser, hair straightener, shampoo, conditioner, moisturiser, toothpaste, toothbrush, etc etc. Breakfast (included) was on time, delivered in the room and very yummy.

The location is very bad. Far from the train station( about 25-30min walking ) . There is a bus 15min from the hotel that get you to the Kyoto station ( just do not know how long between each bus, so plan your journey). Even when we got a taxi, the driver got lost .

Very lovely accommodations, I had a great bathroom with spa bath and shower with very good pressure, the food was delicious, having It delivered to your room was a bonus there was a bit of road and train noise but not enough to stop me from getting a good night's sleep. The bus stop is only 4 minutes away,, and the convenience store close by, overall a nice place, great value. No English speaking staff but with Google translate there were no issues. Lovely and friendly staff

Everything was very nice, from the amenities to the room itself. Extremely clean and, even if not always 100% clear, instructions were present or easily translatable. Yes, it is in fact a Love Hotel, but travelling with friends we found this very funny and, in the end, enjoyable. Thanks!

Sadly, it is very far from the nearest station and coming there without a personal car is a mistake. If in need to move by foot (for the near family mart etc) i suggest to use the little path behind the hotel, across the parking lot.

Absolutely beautiful room property and great value for money.

Unfortunately the location is bad you cannot get there without a taxi. I was stranded for 2 hours trying to find someone to call me a taxi because I couldn’t walk back as it’s on a main road and google maps was telling me to walk on it. It was also night and I was super tired from walking .Do not do it and try walk on main road it’s very dangerous.

The room was beautiful and massive, the spa bath was also great since it was large enough for 2 people. Great that they provided complimentary food and options to buy other items. Most of their menu was delicious!!!

I would skip the complimentary breakfast option (croissant with a side of Cole slaw/ salad.. odd combo). And the coffee was OK.

The amenities were absolutely fantastic! The best in Japan. They really had absolutely everything. I even had a massage chair in my room. Also, it’s the only hotel I’ve ever seen that has a karaoke machine inside the room. Very cool hotel! The room service was free and super quick. Really a nice place to stay!

Rooms are large, my own spa was great. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Location was not perfect. For anyone reading this review here is my advice to get to this hotel (if you do not have a car) Avoid getting a taxi from Kyoto train station. This will cost a lot. Take a local train to Nagaokakyo station and get a taxi/Uber from there.

Staying at the hotel was an incredibly enjoyable experience. From the luxurious room with its breathtaking view to the impeccable service, every moment was filled with delight. The comfort of the soft bed and the exquisite amenities made me feel truly pampered. The delicious meals at the hotel's restaurant added to the pleasure, and the friendly staff made me feel welcome at every turn. Overall, my stay at the hotel was an unforgettable and delightful getaway.
