I loved the service, the free breakfast and meals were great! They supplied everything you would need and refreshed everything daily.

The location is far from a train station and needed a taxi to and from everyday.

The room was really great. Lots of space, large comfy bed, nice facilities and amenities overall. The staff was nice. We also enjoyed the jacuzzi, the karaoke system, and (all) the entertainment library associated to the TV.

Sometimes we were awaken by breakfast arriving about 30 earlier than the scheduled time. We didn't understand how to use the gaming system in the room, and it would be great to have a massaging chair to complement the great relaxation provided by the jacuzzi.

The room was clean, we honestly didn’t expect what kind of hotel it was, but we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was in working order, the bed was very comfortable, breakfast could be ordered on time and it would be placed in a special compartment so as not to be disturbed. the staff is attentive and responsive. It's a 10 minute walk to the metro. We were extremely pleased

The breakfast was enjoyable and on time. There was an added bonus of a free "snack" which was essentially a main course, a drink (including alcoholic drinks) and a dessert. The rooms were way bigger than we expected, and the massage chair in the Luxury room was amazing.

The location was further away from the train station than we would have liked, but for fit people, only a relatively short walk.

The hotel is beautiful and spacious. Very clean, the room we were in was absolutely stunning. The shower was amazing, the room big and clean, there is an air purifier and air con in the room. Bit far from centre but there is a local station that can take you to the centre. Taxis around as well. Thank you for the stay.

The staff was friendly and the food was great! Food has a lot of varieties and they bring it to your room. Also, bathroom was wide, and you have all the cosmetics and amenities you need from skin care, facial care, hair straightener, curler and so on.

The locking system. There are two doors in a room and two locks. Once you are inside, you cant go out unless you call the staff at reception desk to open the door for you or unless you pay for going out of the hotel. It made me worry what if there was a fire or earthquake maybe we cannot go out of the room. The staff said it was for crime prevention purposes but maybe its a thing for love hotels.

The bathroom was amazing and we loved the huge tv the bed was great very big!

The room service call for breakfast, sometimes they would ring once sometimes multiple times. We struggled with getting across the time we want the food. We ask for 9.30 and it came at 7.30 and woke us up

food great, bed great, great products in the bathroom and in general, and a lot of cool things in the room too! Also comfort: 10/10. And a very fancy interior, as well as really nice and helping personnel.

The location was really hard to get to by public transportation I think. You have to walk a few minutes from the nearest possible stop and with heavy baggage that's not very easy.

Good value for money hotel if you can get over the fact it's a love hotel. Spoke to other travellers who were just using the hotel purely for accommodation. Large rooms with all the amenities you need. Staff were friendly.

1.5km walk to the main station which wasn't so bad as it flat.

Really enjoyed our stay there. Don't forget it's for adults only, so don't be surprised of the women's toy generously supplied by the hotel for your stay 😁. If you don't worry about such things, you will have a wonderful time there
