A great place to feel the atmosphere of Japan. Mat on the floor, comfortable mattresses. Clean room, quite big safe. When we needed an extra blanket we got it. We had a room on the ground floor so there were no problems with luggage only after check-out we had to carry it to the first floor. Very close to 7eleven, train station, supermarket (at the train station). Very quiet area. Remember to stick a magnet outside the door by 10 am so that the room is cleaned, and pack towels in a bag that is in the wardrobe to get clean ones.

I appreciate the option of being able to store luggage after check-out. However, I think that the link and code to open should be left in each room, because currently everyone who is inside the hotel is able to know the code and I do not feel that luggage is completely safe. And it would be best if the luggage storage was downstairs, so that you do not have to carry your luggage upstairs (there is no elevator) when you have a room on the ground floor.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The property is very clean, and the amenities provided were more than enough for our needs. Although there aren't staff members on-site, we were able to easily collect what we needed from the counter, which worked well for us. One of the highlights was the coin laundry, which we tried and it worked perfectly. The location is fantastic, just next door to a Seven Eleven convenience store and close to a supermarket, drug store, and many restaurants – making it very convenient for both dining and shopping. The hotel is also just a short walk from Aoto Station, which is on the JR line. Keep in mind that the Tokyo Metro pass does not cover the JR line, so you'll need to adjust the fare with your IC card (like Suica). Overall, everything was clean and well-maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this hotel for its location, amenities, and value!

The check-in process was very easy and the futon mattresses were very comfortable. We both slept very well. The bathroom is roomier than most small Japanese hotel rooms. The hotel is a 4-minute walk from Aoto station, and the neighborhood around the station is fantastic, with plenty of small shops and restaurants for whatever you need.

Though a small room is expected in Tokyo, I found that our room didn't utilize the space very well. For instance, the mini-fridge is on the floor and the door opens towards the wall it's up against, not the room. And since there is not very much room, we put our suitcase in front of the fridge and had to move it each time we opening the fridge door. Putting the fridge on a small nightstand would solve this problem. Also, there are only 2 baggage locks, which led to some anxiety about making sure we could store our luggage after check out as planned.

I LOVED IT i accidentally booked the 6 person traditional style room and balcony for just me lol but the whole place was perfffffect i love aoto the supermarket and bakery nearby are so lovely its only 30 mins on train from shibuya and central locations and directly on the keisei line to the airport would soooo recommend!!

Literally no complaints- sure no staff but it worked well and was easy

Incredible stay, I’d stay the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Japan throughout our trip. The rooms are sufficiently spacious, the futons are very comfortable and it’s great to have a balcony! Everything was very clean as well.

No bad points in our opinion.

It’s our honeymoon trip and they got a little surprise for me which is super nice! We are on the first floor and super close to the laundry machine is quite handy. We love our room it’s compared big in Tokyo town. Water is strong and hot in a second which is suitable for taking a hot bath ☺️👍

I can hear the noise from the other bedroom or outside.

Spotlessly clean, with directions for everything in English and Japanese. The tatami is very comfortable, the shower pressure is nice. The balcony is a nice touch, and their are plenty of food spots nearby. The train station is easily within walking distance.

The futon are comfortable though a bit thin and firm. As someone overweight, my back was hurting a bit after sleeping in such a firm bedding.

It is at a very convenience location. and the check in process is very smooth. Room is small but it is very clean and compact. Enjoy the stay very much.
