The accommodation was very clean and fairly new. While it took some time to get used to climbing to the loft area, the futon was very comfortable for sleeping. The Smart TV was a nice addition, and the air conditioning with its dehumidify option worked well, allowing our clothes to dry overnight. Additionally, the location was fairly convenient, being close to a train station, a large supermarket, and smaller grocery stores.

The small coffee table beside the sofa bed wasn’t ideal for eating as a group. Travelling to central Tokyo will require additional travel time.

Room condition was great, modernized amenities, no issues. Especially with the upper level, felt like a lot more space than other accommodations. Area is out of the way, but neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Still nearby to river with great view of Tokyo Skytree. Also convenient to train lines back to Narita airport (though our Narita Express Tickets were not that useful).

Location is slightly removed, but access is still available by nearby train station. Less options for food/etc.

Great quiet location which is perfect for a relaxing getaway from the hustle and bustle of Tokyo. Quiet parks located nearby with restaurants and convenience stores. Easy to locate and zero hassle checking in. Highly recommended for those wanting an affordable stay with the convenience of nearby transport.

Nothing to complain of

You have a lot of places to choose in Toyko - let's face it - this is the biggest metropolis in the world. Couldn't have asked for a better stay here. Right next to the train station, larger than expected, there's a park right across the street - overly happy this is where we chose! You won't be disappointed when you book here especially if you have kids!

Super helpful and fast response host. Located in a very quiet local residence. Only 3 minutes walk to Yotsugi station. There's a 24-hour Family Mart in front of the station. If you bring luggages, need not to worry because there's an elevator in the station. And it's close to the airport. No need to change the train.

It's quite far from the city. You have to change the train 3-4 times.

We had a great stay in the accommodation, it is very close to metro station, to park and family mart...The room was very clean and good enough for us as family.

5mins walk from train station. theres a convenience store right outside that train station too. supermarket less than 5mins walk away. quiet neighbourhood. clean and had everything we needed. kitchenware, washing machine, microwave, rice cooker, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent. its a loft style, only had 1 bed downstairs and it was comfy.

our group had 4 people and big luggages so it felt pretty cramped

Good amenities and location. The place was clean, tidy, and modern. I would recommend and stay here again.

Unfortunately the walls are paper thin so you can hear every single thing the neighbours are doing and saying. The pillows are thin and uncomfortable.

Great set up with kids. Had everything you needed. Lovely home.

A bit further from city than I realized. But it was a really lovely quiet neighborhood. So nice and quiet for kids.
