Good location, close to the train station, everything you need in a walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff, delicious breakfasts, the room had almost everything you need: comfy bed, great pillows (and options to take an additional pillow), small, but comfortable bathroom, hair dryer, small fridge, even a makeup mirror. Towels were replaced daily, cleaning room on demand. basic cosmetics available, additional available at the reception, like really, I am not used to such standard, I'm from Europe. But seriously, I loved it.

No wardrobe, but we managed. Prepare to use your suitcase as the wardrobe.

The rooms were small and at times a bit cramped, but comfortable with an ensuite bathroom, a desk, a kettle, a fridge and a television. They served free breakfast from 6:30-8:30am and a free bar from 5-8pm. I enjoyed how kind and friendly the staff were, always willing to help even though I did not speak Japanese. There are vending machines and laundry facilities in the lobby as well. The location is ideal, only being a short walk away from Shinkoiwa Station, which is well connected to the rest of Tokyo, as well Narita Airport. There was many bars around the hotel, as well as a 7/11 just around the corner. I stayed here for just under a month, and would absolutely stay here again.

I was overall very pleased with my stay, though I would've liked some more vegan, or at least vegetarian, options for the morning breakfast. Sometimes there would be no signs for what was actually being served...

The staff was immediately very welcoming and warm. No need to ask anything, everything is explained thoroughly and efficiently. Room is nice, big and clean. Nice city view (from the 6th floor anyway). Easy to find and is really close to the JR train station, which is incredibly convenient. The amenities can never be topped by anyone. All and all, another superhotel that truly is a super hotel!

The hallway can be a bit noisy at night. The lift announcements can be heard. Speaking of the lift; there is only one and at times very slow. Make sure you are not in a hurry.

Great location - the train station is nearby, there are many stores and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is basic but good. Staff is helpful. Good facilities, very similar to other Super hotels.

The room was very small, the smallest of all the hotels we stayed during our trip. From my understanding, the hotel provides luggage transportation services only to/from the airport, so we needed to go to Yamato directly to get our luggage to the next hotel.

From the delicious Japanese-style breakfast to the accommodating staff and thoughtful amenities, this hotel truly exceeded expectations. The staff's warmth and attentiveness made every interaction a delight, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay. Additionally, the convenient proximity to the train station made exploring the area hassle-free. We especially appreciated the hotel's eco-conscious approach, as they renewed toiletries without needing to be asked, demonstrating a commitment to both guest satisfaction and sustainability. A standout experience that I would eagerly recommend to fellow travelers.

Location location location. It’s easily 20 minutes to the centre of Tokyo. The place is clean, staff are very nice, and we’re happy with my lacklustre Japanese. You can have the room cleaned daily, and you only need to leave a sign on your door, you don’t have to go to reception for check out.

I failed to use the Laundry, and there are only 2 machines and 2 dryers.

Tbh I was drinking in Shinjuku over night and didn’t check in the hotel by 12am. I didn’t know there was a rule that you have to check in by that or call the hotel. But the staff or maybe she was the manager, let me in at almost 7 am and I took a good 3 hours sleep.

The only thing bothered me was that I extended the room for another hour until 11am, but at exactly 10 the cleaning staff started knocking one by one the other rooms to rush customers for check out. It woke me up. And not surprisingly at exactly 11am she knocked on my door.

Strategically located, staff are nice, clean, staff are hospitable, you can even borrow iron for clothes, free drink bar, free amenities such as lotion, hair cream, mouthwash, etc..

Drink bar closes around 8 in the evening, breakfast was a bit too organic for my taste (little to almost no red meat), bathroom is a bit tiny.

I wish they kept the coffee machine open all day and although they had pillow choices, many were already taken so no choice left aside from buckwheat

It's a bit outdated. The pillow is hard. No clear instructions on how to use the washer and dryer.
