It's a user friendly, comfortable, spacious apartment, quite well located, 700 metres from Hirai station on the local JR train Chou Sobu line. Japanese Walmart Seiyu is just adjacent to the station and is very well stocked to make our own food. There is a Lawson just opposite to the apartment building. The commute from the airport is quite easy and cheap, just around 900 yen and does not even need any special tickets, we could just swipe the PASMO passport card. We took the Keisei main line limited express from Narita airport, got down at Keisei Funabashi station, got out of the East Exit, walked 300 metres to Funabashi Station south Exit and boarded the Chuo Sobu Line, got down at the 7th station Hirai, took the north exit, walked 700 metres and checked in with the code which had been sent to our email. our apartment was up a flight of 10 steps. Huge windows which could be opened, a bunk bed and a collapsible sofa bed provided. Washroom has a smart toilet, washing machine, tub and a clothes drying rack. For sightseeing also the Chuo Sobu Line connected us to wherever we needed to go and for our day trips to Nikko and Kawaguchiko to enjoy Mount Fuji. All in all, a great experience and we repeated our stay here for two more nights at the end of our stay after staying four nights in the beginning. Everything was great

This was a second stay at this apartment and it was as good as our earlier stay. It's a 700 metre walk from the Hirai Station and so very convenient for Narita airport by the Kaisei Line. The Japanese Walmart Seiyu is right beside the station. The apartment is very well equipped with a good kitchen, decent bathroom, comfortable beds. We like how everything is provided in this hotel. Our favorites are their complete kitchen utensils and appliances! The location is great! It's so close to the station yet so quiet at night. We also love all the shops and restaurants around the place. We had a very comfortable stay, and we will surely stay here again on our next Tokyo trip!

Unfortunately, there's no elevator for travelers with big and heavy suitcases. Backpack travelers should be fine!

It was very nice! Great room. Kitchen had all the things you could need! And the bathroom was very spacious.

The bin was small for a week stay. And we didn’t know were we could bring the garbage. So it started to smell in our bedroom.

Nice and cozy, close to station, provides everything you will need.

Not a dislike, but a heads up/ warning anyone travelling with coloured hair be careful not to stain the pillows/ anything as you will be charged.

the location is both central and convenient. close to chuo-sobu line to go around, but also close to the riverside to enjoy some calm

there was a tremble we couldnt understand, it felt like the bed was shaking in every 20 mins

the facility was functional, new and clean. near the train station and other shops to buy eseentials and dine.

it is near the major road and traffic noise can be heard from the room. but it is tolerable.
