Good price for a whole appartment quite close to center Tokyo. Easily accessible with the JR line, only a ten-minutes walk from the closest station (Shin-Koiwa). The room has seen better days but, for a short stay, it was comfortable. Fully online reservation so no contact with employees, fortunately I didn't require it.

Clean facility, instructions were clearly said in english and can do self check in. Good bathroom and toilet, bathroom had awesome ventilation unit. Helped with drying clothes in a rush in the morning. Loved the dimmable light.

Expensive for what it was, far away from the action, after 3 days its hard to be on the futon to fin, no shower curtain, and neighbors upstairs make noise at late hours and all night

It was filthy. Random items in the freezer from old guests, a Daiso packet down the side of the fridge. Hair and general mess all over the floor and along the wall edges. Blood on the futon. Opened the washing machine and it had yellow stuff in the corners. The air con remote had some substance on it. The kitchen area was disgusting. I contacted them on the first day after check in and they said they would come the day after to “clean again” and all they did was clean the room corners I’d shown them and remove the items from the freezer. they didn’t touch the rest of the floor or the Daiso trash or the washing machine etc so you can ask them to clean again, but they will only clean what you show them instead of cleaning the whole apartment which is very strange.

Building is clean but extra bed sheets are so bad and not clean.

They gave me another room. Host is not answering with me. nothing was like in the pictures. it was dirty and furniture and equipment was damaged. I’m really disappointed… way too expensive for what it is
