The staff were well-prepared to assist foreign guests and conducted themselves with professionalism throughout our stay. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The traditional Japanese dinner was sumptuous and expertly prepared. Upon arrival in our rental car, we were warmly welcomed with efficient valet service. The hotel is just a short drive from Noboribetsu’s main attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.

The room was slightly expensive but well worth the one-night stay if you are stopping over at Noboribetsu before continuing your road trip.

Yumoto Noboribetsu offers a great traditional onsen, providing a truly immersive Japanese hot spring experience. The Kaiseki dinner is another highlight, featuring beautifully prepared dishes that showcase seasonal ingredients and local flavors. The staff are exceptionally friendly, offering warm hospitality that enhances the stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, making it a great choice for relaxation. However, the hotel does show signs of age, with some areas feeling slightly dated. While this doesn’t affect the overall experience, those looking for a more modern atmosphere may want to consider this aspect.

We stayed for 2 nights, enjoyed breakfast buffet and in-room dining gaiseki during our stay. The kind lady who served our dinner on the first night remembered us and our room number when we walked in for our breakfast on our departure day. It was very touching because this kind of detailed service is only expected in 5-star hotels. Front desk and sauna/onsen staffs were also very professional and helpful. The onsen was really big enough even it seems quite popular amongst day-visitors. What we most liked was the calm and quiet breakfast buffet - there was no hassle with tour groups like other big hotels in Noboribetsu.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel for 3 nights. Everything are perfect. It's just 2 or 3 minutes walkink to the bus station. All sights and attractions are in walking distance. The room is very spacious, comfortable and with fancy facilities. The meals are excellent. The service and the hot springs are also perfect. We are really graceful for the hotel staff who help us with the medicine warm-up. Definitely,we will stay at the hotel again next time.

The central aircon was struggling amid a heatwave summer, fortunately the staff found us a portable fan. Was confused when checking out I had to look for my car on my own in the basement

They charge me extra for the onsen for each pearson each night (we are 6 for 2 night) even if I didn't use it, so why they didn't add the charges with the room to know exactly the total price that I need to pay for each night!! especially that they refused to get in the onsen with our swimming pool! (they asked to be fully naked).

The quality of onsen is really good, the food is so delicious for both dinner and breakfast. The location is very convenient. My son forgot something at the hotel and the staff sent it to our next hotel. We got it already. Thank you so much.

Best variety of onsen baths I've seen so far. Also the staff was very helpful and overall it was a nice stay in a lively and beautiful Onsen town.
