This location was minutes from work. It was perfect. The staff are very responsive and did everything to meet my needs. I stayed with 3 dogs and they were understanding and welcoming. I needed a second parking space for my last couple weeks and they allowed me to have it. They allowed me to extend my stay for about 14 days past my original checkout date. They came weekly to clean my room when they usually don't. They were great. This apartment had two bedrooms with 4 beds, kennels for my dogs. A full kitchen with more than needed utensils and everytihng to make your life comfortable. The bathroom was exceptional. This is a perfect location for PCSing to Okinawa with pets. Price is reasonable as well. We loved Hotel Haabesu Okinawa.

Although the location was perfect to my job. The small streets to the hotel are very narrow and hard to drive with a bigger car which I had. No fault to this place, it is just a thing in Okinawa, which we love by the way.

The hotel was very clean. The location is very convenient. Many stores and restaurants are around. The supporting staff was very helpful and accommodating. There is not a representative at the hotel lobby, they send you codes to enter the hotel and your apartment. All of the steps are very easy. There is staff that cleans every day if you need the cleaning. They also leave plenty of towels during your stay. There are a laundry machine and a dryer in the apartment which is very continent. There is a beach 15-20 min away with a car.

The room setting is family friendly. The open kitchen and the flexible bedroom design also provide more space for kids. The room is also well equipped and staff are responsive. There are more than enough car park space. There are also large rubbish bins in the kitchen and staff will help collect rubbish everyday which is rare for air bnb!

The only cons is the cleaniness of the utensils. We had to wash them before we used. But overall a nice stay.

Cleanliness - it was spotless! Exceptional! The size of the place was bigger than I thought / shown in photos. The team also accommodated for infant with a cot, high chair and even baby bath! There was a kitchen with stove top and appliances, a decent size dining table and sofas, making our stay feels like home.

The streets around are quite narrow and dark, parking spots were a bit awkward in sizes.

A very clean place. Housekeeping is very polite and nice. We are staying here for months and very much satisfied.

It’s pricey. The second thing is- so many Chinese stay here. No manners, very very much noisy. Sometimes at midnight upstairs they move furniture and they are just very loud.

Beautiful property. Well maintained and furnished with everything a family will need. This is our go to place when my family visit family on Okinawa. That you to the owner for being responsive to any questions we had. There isn’t a single negative thing to say about this property.

This property meet and exceeded expectations. It was big for a Japanese apartment. It was in fantastic shape and had everything included that you need for day to day living. The cleaning staff is very polite and did a great job. This property is located within walking distance to Camp Kinser. Local stores and food is also within walking distance. This is our second stay here and we will stay again when we return to Okinawa.

This is a new spacious apartment. Very clean and quiet place to stay. Courtesies and friendly staff. It has everything you need with a family. This is our 3 stay here and we will not hesitate to stay here again when we return to Okinawa.

My friends and I were amazed with the quality of this apartment! It was amazing! Stylish and cute, as well as fully furnished with a perfectly stocked kitchen! We stayed for about 6 days and it was much too short! We all wished we could have lived there! The size is perfect for 4 people, however 5 would probably fit comfortably as well. 6 might be a little too much. Check in was simple and easy, the information was sent to me beforehand so I was more than prepared at the time of check in. My friend also left a piece of her jewelry behind, and the owner was quick to send me a message about it and say he was sending it in the mail the next day! Very sweet! Couldn't have been happier with the place!

The place is a little far from a beach, without a car (or a lot of money for a taxi) it could be a little bit difficult to get there. There's a lot of buses in Okinawa, however they aren't always the most reliable. However that isn't the property's fault at all! No complaints about the apartment!
