Location. Monorail station was literally 2 minutes away. Combinis found on every corner. Restaurants next door. Mall 4mims away. Museum a few minutes away. Stayed on the 12th floor. It was quiet. Which I always appreciate. My room was nice. Great for 1 person. Laundry mat on the 2nd floor. Microwave as well. I only realised 1 week into my stay that it was on the 2nd floor. Cleaning is done every day. Fresh towels, etc too.

My room was a smoking one. I don't smoke. I did send a message to ask for a non-smoking room, but there was no answer. I did ask while checking in but was told that there was no non-smoking vacant room left. It ends up being fine. The smell wasn't bad. Open the window and eat something, and the smell of nicotine goes away.

It's very friendly with the costumer, they offer daily room cleaning services and the amenities are offered by the elevators so you can take them whenever you need. They also had an ice and water machine, which was very useful.

The parking spots aren't assigned, so there was a lot of double line parking, making it a hussle to use. Also, one of the staff seemed to be on training but didn't speak well enough, neither English nor Japanese. However, the rest of the staff was friendly, and the hotel has the atmosphere of an experienced, good kept facility. Also, the TV seemed to have the option for using Netflix, but the TV wouldn't connect to the wifi.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was big enough, and I was able to fit with a big piece of luggage, which is a problem in some other hotels with smaller rooms for solo travellers. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is smaller but still cosy. I like that the room cleaning is only on request so I could stay in my room without being disturbed by the staff. I enjoyed my stay except the noise one can hear through the door. The room is well equipped and the hotel has a great location right next to Omoromachi monorail station and T gallery and Naha Main place shopping center.

Need to sleep with earplugs as you can hear other people in the hallway during the night and room cleaners in the morning. So if you want to get up a bit later, the noise will wake you up.

Very pleased with my stay. Short walk to the Monorail station so very easy access to the airport and other interesting location. The room was actually quite large for japan standards, that's a plus. There was major renovation while we stayed, and the effort to keep the disturbances as minimal as possible was clearly noticed, and it tells that the owner cares about his establishment and wishes to maintain his building quality. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit Okinawa.

I chose the place for the breakfast reviews and it was great indeed - and everything else too. Nice room, amenities and drinking water available for free, and the staff, at the reception, at breakfast, everywhere, was just wonderful. I like that they give you the option of having your room cleaned or not which saves a lot of energy and unnecessary laundry. Would definitely stay here again next time in Naha. And: One of the best Izakaya is just around the corner or our the back door.

I liked that we could adjust the AC temp as we liked since it was extremely hot and humid outside so it was nice to be able to relax in a cold room. The hotel was clean and the beds for the room we got was very nice and big.

The only downside I can think of was the one staff we came across who could've been slightly friendlier. She constantly had a stanky face on and her responses were kinda mean. I had an elderly mother and a toddler with me and I requested to see if we could check in slightly earlier and she made an extremely big fuss about it that it can't be done, it just can't, because if they made an exception for us then everyone would ask for the same etc. Our room was ready and the hotel wasn't even crowded with guests but they just couldn't allow that we checked in an hour earlier than 3 pm. So we spend all the day in their lobby waiting to check in

Omoromachi is a really nice part of Naha, and the hotel is within walking distance of two shopping centres and the metroline. It's easy to get to from the airport and there is step free access. You can also easily walk to the Museum of Okinawa and art museum. You can get the express bus up to the aquarium from outside Omoromachi station too, which is very convenient.

There was nothing that was bad about this hotel and we had no troubles during our stay. They are very generous with towels and it's not clear what you do with dirty ones at first but we found hanging them in the laundry bag on the door each morning worked pretty well! The breakfast seemed a bit expensive, but there's a lot of other places to eat nearby so you have options.

Location is generally good - near one of the monorail stations and a mall, pretty quiet. Breakfast was good. Room was a reasonable size and clean. No issues with arriving early and leaving luggage for the day.

Hotel exterior was being renovated at the time, which obscured the window. Wasn't too much of an issue. In the evenings there isn't a large number of food options close by, but considerably more options are only a short monorail ride away.

Hotel is very near the monorail station and close to Main Place mall. Its convenient for food and easy to move around . Its also where the tour pick up point location. Staff is attentive and very helpful.

Due to the renovation going on...We took awhile to locate hotel as it was fully covered up. Perhaps a big temporary signage will help tourists to find hotel.

The location is amazing! The room is very spacious and comfortable—even the bathroom. (We didn’t feel cramped while using the toilet—usually we are right up on the sink in most budget-friendly hotels). I love that the hotel parking is self-park/not the elevator type where you lose access to the vehicle once parked. The staff is very friendly and we didn’t have any issues at all.

I think the only downside is that the breakfast isn’t buffet—I enjoyed it as an adult but my picky-eaters (kids) didn’t have many choices. The door frames were a bit rusty too on the inside but the property was really nice otherwise.
